(Refer to Utility Model Publication No. 57-57150). Also, a frame that surrounds multiple tatami mats arranged in a row (Jet Kai 61
-181432 Publication, Utility Model Application Publication No. 181431, Publication No. 1983, Publication No. 627-627, Publication No. 628-628, etc.)
There are two types of tatami mats in which hook-and-loop fasteners are fixed in place of the above-mentioned magnet pieces around the tatami mats (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 62-69537), and those in which two adjacent tatami mats are connected with hook-and-loop tape attached to the underside of their edges ( Utsukai Showa 59-134632
(see Publication No. 1) is known.

とい問題があつた。(Problem that the invention aims to solve) The bonding force of magnetic pieces attached to the stile surface or side is not necessarily sufficient, gaps are likely to occur due to misalignment, and when two tatami mats are brought close together, Since the tatami mats are attracted to each other, it is difficult to correct slight deviations, and the tatami manufacturing process becomes complicated because magnet pieces are embedded around the tatami mat floor.
In addition, a frame that surrounds multiple tatami mats requires an area large enough to place the frame around the multiple tatami mats lined up, and the frame connections and corners are not strong enough to easily warp after assembly, and the material cost is high. There were problems such as bulking. In addition, hook-and-loop fasteners attached to the stile or side surface instead of magnet pieces have stronger bonding force than magnet pieces, but like magnet pieces, it is difficult to correct misalignment, and loops of synthetic fibers Since they are joined using hooks, gaps tend to form between the tatami mats due to the elongation of the loops and hooks, and attachment to the tatami mats is troublesome. In addition, with the fastener tape attached to the lower side of the edge, it is difficult to correct the misaligned connection of two tatami mats, as described above, and the fastener tape is sewn to the back side, so the tatami face is attached to one side. There was a problem that it could not be used for tatami-like rugs that had a carpet attached to the opposite side so that both sides could be used.

具を提供するものである。 This invention does not need to be attached directly to tatami mats or other tatami mats, can be used for double-sided tatami mats, is easy to attach/detach and correct misalignment, and can be used between tatami mats that are lined up. To provide a connector that does not create a gap between the connectors and does not require a surrounding space.

The height of the vertical part of the L-shaped hanger is set lower than the thickness of the target tatami-like rug, and the distance between the vertical parts when the string-like body is stretched is determined according to the number of tatami-like rugs to be lined up. It is set to an integral multiple of the width or length of the tatami mat. In addition, it is preferable to provide one or more needle holes for inserting the pin in the vertical part of the L-shaped hanger.

When tatami-shaped rugs are arranged on the horizontal parts of the string-shaped body and the L-shaped hanging device, and these plural tatami-shaped rugs are sandwiched between the vertical parts of the L-shaped hanging devices at both ends of the string-shaped body, The plurality of tatami-like rugs are connected together by the tension of the string-like body. When the tatami-shaped rugs are arranged vertically and horizontally, prepare two or more sets of connecting devices consisting of the above-mentioned string-shaped bodies and L-shaped hangers, and place them in a cross pattern to arrange the tatami-shaped rugs vertically and horizontally. Can be coupled both in the direction and in the lateral direction. In addition, when a needle hole is made in the vertical part of the L-shaped hanger, by piercing the pin through the needle hole into the side of the tatami-shaped rug, it is possible to prevent the L-shaped hanger from shifting against the tatami-shaped rug. .

Fig. 5 shows two connectors from Fig. 4 arranged in a cross shape to connect four half-sized tatami mats 6, where the string-like body 2 is threaded along the butt joints of the tatami mats 6, the L-shaped hanging device 1 is abutted across two adjacent tatami mats 6, and one pin 5 is stuck into one tatami mat 6 and the other pin 5 is stuck into the other tatami mat 6, thereby reducing the number of connectors used compared to Fig. 3. The same effect can be obtained even if one pinhole 1d is omitted.

きる。(Effect of the invention) This invention consists of two L-shaped hangings connected with a string-like body, so this is applied to the underside of the tatami-like rug, and multiple pieces are connected between the vertical parts of the L-shaped hangings. By sandwiching the tatami rugs, these multiple tatami rugs can be reliably connected, and there is no gap between the tatami rugs, which is bulky like a conventional enclosure frame. Therefore, when the above-mentioned tatami-like rugs are connected, no surrounding space is required, the appearance is the same as when the tatami-like rugs are simply placed, and misalignment can be easily corrected. and,
The connecting tool of this invention does not need to be attached to the tatami mat in advance, so it can be used to connect tatami mats that can be used on both sides, and does not affect the production of tatami mats in any way. Never. If a needle hole is provided in the vertical part of the L-shaped hanger, the L-shaped hanger will be more securely fixed by piercing the pin into the tatami through this needle hole.
The number of connectors used in this invention can be reduced.
