The conventional method of mounting the fluorescent display panel described above is to adhere the back side of the fluorescent display panel 10 to the fluorescent display panel mounting plate 12 with double-sided adhesive tape 11 as shown in FIG. 4, or as shown in FIG. Similarly, a method has been used in which both ends of the fluorescent display panel 10 are clamped and fixed with holders 14 made of plastic or the like.

However, the above-mentioned method of fixing a fluorescent display panel does not include markers for mounting positioning on the fluorescent display panel, and there are also problems with the precision of cutting the glass of the fluorescent display panel and the need for a low separation point glass for sealing the anode substrate and cover glass. Due to the protrusion of the fluorescent display panel, it is difficult to mount the fluorescent display panel in a predetermined position with high precision even when using the outside shape as a reference.

The fluorescent display panel of the present invention consists of metal plates constituting the grid frame, filament support, and terminals.
At the same time, configure the mounting bracket for the fluorescent display panel, seal the anode substrate and the cover glass, and at the same time fix the mounting bracket for the fluorescent display panel between the anode substrate and the cover glass using low separation point glass. The present invention provides a means for accurately maintaining the position of the metal fittings with respect to the display pattern and for accurately attaching the fluorescent display panel to a predetermined position.

以下図にて本考案の実施例の説明をする。 Embodiments of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the figures.

The grid 3 is placed on the grid frame 5 shown in FIG.
After attaching the filament 4 to the filament support 6, the grid frame 5 filament support 6, terminal 7, and mounting bracket 15 are installed as one unit on the anode substrate 1, covered with a cover glass 8, and passed through a furnace. The low-temperature glass 9 is melted and the inside is evacuated to complete the fluorescent display panel shown in FIG.

At this time, the filament support 6 has three holes for positioning, and by aligning these with the markers printed on the anode substrate 1, the grid frame 5 made of the same metal plate as the filament support 6 , terminal 6 and mounting bracket 15
The anode 2 also constitutes the display pattern on the anode substrate 1.
It can be installed with very high precision.
After hermetically sealing, the portion of the metal piece connecting the grid frame 5, filament support 6, terminal 7 and mounting bracket 15 is cut.

As explained above, the present invention provides a fluorescent display tube with a mounting bracket that has extremely high positional accuracy with respect to the display pattern by making the mounting bracket from the same metal plate as the grid frame filament support and the terminal. This has the effect of greatly improving the mounting method for fluorescent display panels.

In the explanation of the present invention, the mounting bracket is placed on the side of the fluorescent display panel and a round hole is drilled in the mounting bracket, but the mounting bracket may be positioned above or below, and the shape of the mounting part of the mounting bracket may vary. Of course, similar effects can be obtained not only with round holes but also with other shapes.
