BACKGROUND ART FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a conventional heating cooker. In FIG. 4, the heating chamber 1 is provided with an upper heater 2 at the upper part and a lower heater 3 at the lower part, and the food 5 placed on the saucer 4 is heated by the heater and cooked. Furthermore, a magnetron 6 is provided, and radio waves are irradiated into the heating chamber 1 through a waveguide 7 to heat the food 5 by radio waves. This is a so-called combined heating oven using a heater and radio waves.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a conventional heating cooker, the upper heater 2 and the lower heater 3 are exposed in the heating chamber 1, so the effectiveness of the heating chamber is reduced by this amount. The disadvantage was that the volume was narrow and it was difficult to heat large foods. In addition, in order to be able to store large foods, the heating chamber needs to be enlarged by the size occupied by heaters 2 and 3, and the external size also increases, requiring a large installation space, making it difficult to use as a heating cooker. I was getting used to it.

Furthermore, if the heaters 2 and 3 are exposed in the heating chamber 1, even if food stains are scattered on the wall of the heating chamber 1, the heaters will get in the way and will be difficult to clean. It was not easy to use.

There is also a configuration in which the heater is placed outside the heating chamber, but in this case, the heat of the heater is not efficiently transferred into the heating chamber, resulting in poor thermal efficiency, and this is only possible in very limited cases, such as when there is sufficient electrical capacity. It was only put into practical use.

Means for Solving the Problems The heating cooker of the present invention includes a heating chamber for storing food and a heating element, and has a structure in which the heating element is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the heating chamber wall via a heat-resistant insulator. The wall surface is composed of a metal plate with an aluminum layer formed on at least the wall surface facing the heating element.

Function The heating cooker of the present invention has an aluminum layer formed on the surface of the metal plate constituting the heating chamber wall, so that after the heat of the heating element is conducted to the heating chamber wall through the heat-resistant insulator. , sufficient heat conduction is achieved in the aluminum layer, and the temperature of the heating chamber wall surface is quickly uniformized. Since heat conduction occurs over the entire wall surface of the heating chamber, the heat on the outer wall surface of the heating chamber is effectively conducted to the inner wall surface of the heating chamber, thereby heating the inside of the heating chamber. Due to this effect, food can be effectively heated even if the heating element is provided outside the heating chamber. Of course, since the heat distribution is uniform, even baking can be achieved.

Furthermore, since there is no need for an exposed heater inside the heating chamber, the effective volume within the heating chamber is increased, and the container can be used for cleaning, thereby improving usability.

Insulating plates 29 made of a heat-resistant insulating material such as mica are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the winding frame 25, and the heating element 26 is sandwiched between the insulating plates 29. A metal holding plate 30 is provided on the upper surface of the insulating plate 29 and fixed to the heating chamber main body 32 with screws 31. The heating chamber wall surface 33 facing the heating element 26 is made of a metal plate such as an iron plate, and an aluminum layer 34 is formed on the upper surface thereof. Although the aluminum layer 34 is necessary at least on the upper surface, providing it on both sides of the heating chamber wall surface 33 will further enhance the effect. 35 is a heat insulating material for preventing heat from the heating element 26 from escaping to the outside.

(1) The heat generating part is sandwiched between heat-resistant insulators on both sides of the heat generating element, and is fixed to the heating chamber wall with a metal holding plate on the outside of the heat generating part, so it does not generate heat even under high temperature conditions. and the heating chamber wall to maintain good heat conduction. Thereby, the heat of the heating element is transferred to the wall surface of the heating chamber without waste.

The heat of the heating element is transferred to the wall surface of the heating chamber via the insulating plate, but when the heat of the heating element is transferred to the aluminum layer, the heat is evenly transferred to the entire surface through the aluminum layer. Therefore, the next heat transfer from the aluminum layer to the metal plate constituting the heating chamber wall is carried out over the entire surface of the metal plate, and the larger the heat transfer area, the better the heat conduction.

(2) Due to good thermal conductivity, the heat from the heating element efficiently heats the wall surface of the heating chamber, so even if the heating element is installed outside the heating chamber, it can be heated sufficiently efficiently. Therefore, compared to conventional systems in which a heating element is provided outside and a large amount of electric power is applied for heating, the thermal efficiency is higher and less electric power is required, resulting in energy saving and economical.

(3) Compared to the conventional configuration in which the heater is installed inside the heating chamber, the heating chamber has a smooth shape with fewer irregularities, and even if food spills on the heating chamber wall, it is easy to wipe off, making it extremely easy to clean. Improved usability.

(4) Since the heater does not protrude into the heating chamber, the effective volume within the heating chamber increases, allowing even large foods to be cooked. Furthermore, if the volume of the heating chamber is the same, the external size can be made smaller than that of the conventional one, so it is possible to realize a compact and easy-to-use heating cooker that does not take up much space.

(6) Furthermore, if an aluminum layer is formed on both sides of the metal plate, the aluminum on the inside of the heating chamber will have the effect of reducing the loss of high-frequency surface current flowing to the wall surface during radio wave heating, and the loss to radio waves will be extremely small. , high frequency efficiency increases, making it possible to cook efficiently even with radio wave heating.

In addition, the material of the metal plate can be iron plate, etc., and the material cost is lower than using stainless steel plate, etc., and the processability is excellent, so it is extremely economical.

In addition, since the heating chamber wall surface is composed of multilayer metal plates, the processing characteristics are the same as that of iron, which is the central material. This makes it easy to connect by spot welding when the heating chamber is configured in a box shape.

A single metal such as aluminum is difficult to weld and requires connections such as screw tightening, but since it is a multilayer metal, this is not necessary and spot welding is possible, making it possible to create a heating chamber with an extremely simple configuration.
