Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は、廃棄された電線・ケーブルのリサ
イクル（再利用）おいて、構成材料の材質名を容易に判
別できるようにした電線・ケーブルを提供することを目
的とする。 【構成】 本考案は、電線・ケーブル構成材料１２〜１
５の少なくとも１以上の材料に、当該材料１２〜１５の
材質名を表示する識別部２０をその長手方向に間欠的に
施した電線・ケーブルであるため、この識別部２０を確
認し、識別部２０に対応して予め設定しておいた材質名
一覧表などを見れば、直ちに構成材料１２〜１５の材質
名を判別することができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、廃棄された電線・ケーブルのリサイクル（再利用）において、構成 材料の材質名を当該材料の１部に表示した識別部から容易に判別できるようにし た電線・ケーブルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の電線・ケーブルにおいては、当該電線・ケーブルの製造年、メーカー名 、使用電圧、品名、線心数、導体サイズ、コア相識別などについて、シース表面 、撚り合わせテープ、コア表面などに印刷表示あるいは着色表示してある場合が 多いが、一般に、その構成材料の材質名を判別する表示はされていない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
したがって、このような電線・ケーブルが廃棄された場合、その構成材料をリ サイクルしようとしても、相当の熟練者でなければ、個々の材料の材質名を特定 することができず、リサイクルのネックとなっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、このような従来の実情に鑑みてなされたもので、その特徴とする点 は、電線・ケーブル構成材料の少なくとも１以上の材料に、当該材料の材質名を 表示する識別部をその長手方向に間欠的に施した電線・ケーブルにある。

【作用】
本考案では、上記構成材料の識別部を確認し、当該識別部に対応して、予め設 定しておいた材質名一覧表などを見れば、直ちに当該構成材料の材質名を判別す ることができる。

【実施例】 図１は、本考案に係るケーブルの一実施例を示したものである。 図において、１１は導体、１２は導体１１の架橋ポリエチレン（ＸＬＰＥ）絶 縁体、１３は介在、１４は押え布テープ、１５はポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）シー スである。
【０００７】 このケーブルにおいて、上記導体１１の架橋ポリエチレン（ＸＬＰＥ）絶縁体 には、その長さ方向に間欠的に数字「２」が付してある。介在１３は「茶色」に 着色してある。押え布テープ１４には、その長さ方向に間欠的に記号「＊」が付 してある。ポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）シース１５には、その長さ方向に間欠的に 数字「１」が付してある。 このような数字「２」，「１」、着色の「茶色」、記号「＊」などが本考案で いう、識別部２０である。
【０００８】 図２は、この識別部２０に対応して、予め設定しておいた材質名２１の材質名 一覧表３０である。
【０００９】 したがって、上記ケーブルが廃棄されて解体現場などに持ち込まれた場合、上 記材質名一覧表３０などがあれば、ケーブルに対する知識などが全くない作業者 にあっても、材質別の仕分けが簡単にできる。 例えば、導体１１の絶縁体１２は識別部２０が数字の「２」であるため、架橋 ポリエチレンであることが判る。介在１３は識別部２０が「茶色」であるため、 ジュート繊維であることが判る。押え布テープ１４は識別部２０が記号の「＊」 であるため、○○○製布テープであることが判る。シース１５は識別部２０が数 字の「１」であるため、ポリ塩化ビニルであることが判る。
【００１０】 なお、識別部２０の文字、数字、記号、バーコード、色などは、材質名一覧表 カード３０や本実施例のケーブルの組み合わせなどに限定されるものではなく、 さらに、多くの識別手段、組み合わせとすることも可能である。

【考案の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本考案に係る電線・ケーブルによれば、構成 材料の少なくとも１以上の材料に、材質名を表示する識別部をその長手方向に間 欠的に施してあるため、次のような効果が得られる。 （１）廃棄された電線・ケーブルを解体して、その構成材料を再利用しようと する場合、表示された識別部を確認し、当該識別部に対応して、予め設定してお いた材質名一覧表などを見れば、熟練者ではなくとも、直ちに当該構成材料の材 質名を判別することができる。 （２）この材質名の判別により、もちろん、材質分析などの複雑な作業は不要 となる。 （３）また、この材質名の判別により、材質別の仕分けなどが容易になり、品 質のよいリサイクルができるようになる。 （４）もちろん、この材質別の仕分けにより、リサイクル工程が簡素化でき、 リサイクル費用の大幅な低減なども可能となる。

  1. 【請求項１】 電線・ケーブル構成材料の少なくとも１
    以上の材料に、当該材料の材質名を表示する、文字、数
    字、記号、バーコード、色のいずれか１以上からなる識
    別部をその長手方向に間欠的に施し、当該識別部に対応
    して、予め設定しておいた材質名から、当該識別部の付
    された構成材料の材質名を判別できるようにしたことを
    特徴とする電線・ケーブル。
