Conventionally, in this type of bag making means, when making wide bags, bags are made sequentially from one bag material strip, but when making narrow bags, bags are made sequentially from the single strip of bag material. Two or more strips of bag material are supplied in parallel to the bag making means of the bag making means, and two or more bags are made in parallel at the same time to form two or more stacked bag groups on a holder, and the bags in these bag groups are When the number of bags reaches a predetermined number, these groups of bags are similarly supplied to a packaging device section having a packaging function corresponding to this number of bags, and are packaged all at once.

However, the number of times the packaging device operates is usually once for every 20, 25, 50, 100, etc. bags, or about 5 to 1 time per minute, which reduces the operating efficiency of the packaging device. is extremely bad. Moreover, the structure of the packaging device is extremely complicated, and since several sets of packaging functions are incorporated within the same width as the bag making means, the structure is even more complicated and the maintenance of the device is difficult. Many materials are required, the weight is large, and the power consumption required for operating power is large, resulting in an increase in product cost, and it is not economical as a means of packaging groups of bags as described above.

Therefore, this invention aims to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks by simplifying the structure of the bag packaging device, increasing the operating efficiency of this part, and reducing the weight and size of the entire device to save materials, and as a result reduce costs. It is also possible to obtain the economic effect of reducing the amount of water used.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, A is a bag-making means, and this bag-making means A is provided with a bag delivery conveyor and a receiving stand 10 for successively stacking and receiving the bags B delivered from the conveyor. Two or more bags are delivered onto the table 10 in parallel at the same time, and in the illustrated example, two bags are delivered in parallel and stacked. C is a bag packaging device installed immediately downstream of this pedestal 10, and the top plate 11 forming the upper surface thereof is formed slightly lower than the surface of the pedestal 10, and the top plate has fine and smooth irregularities. is formed by press molding, and the number of irregularities is about 1 to 3 per cm (see Figure 7).
The top plate 11 is made of stainless steel, a synthetic resin plate, an iron plate whose surface is treated with a fluororesin having a small coefficient of friction, an iron or other metal plate with a Teflon sheet attached, wood, a synthetic resin plate, etc. There is. The width of this top plate is large enough to receive two sets of bags B 1 in parallel, and the top plate 11 has a supply opening formed of, for example, an elongated slit in the width direction, in the center of the width. 12 is provided, and an outer bag D support section is provided directly below the top plate 11, and one supplied bag group B 1 is transferred to the top plate 11 by straddling the supply port 12 of the top plate 11. The supply port 12 is connected to the supply port 12 by the vertical insertion plate 13 provided in the upper standby position.
It is provided so that it can be inserted into the outer bag D while being folded in half.

Traveling slits 14 and 15 are provided on the upstream and downstream sides of the supply port 12, and the top plate 11
A bag group auxiliary supply means 20 is provided below, and is constructed as follows. That is, the claw support member 2 reciprocates along the running slits 14 and 15.
1, each of which has three claws 22 planted at intervals slightly wider than the width of the bag group B 1 to be supplied, and the running slit 1
It is provided to protrude upward from 4 and 15. Therefore, it goes without saying that the width of the top plate 11 is sufficient to allow the three claws 22 to reciprocate. The means for reciprocating the claw support member 21 and the claw 22 is as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.
1 is fixed to a part of the endless chain 23, and the shaft 25 of the sprocket gear 24 that meshes with the endless chain 23 is rotated by a reversible rotary motor 26. Instead of this motor, an air cylinder device is used. Even if this device is used, there is no change in this device invention.

As for the movement of these three claws 22, first, as a standby position, the center claw 22a is aligned with the center of the supply port 12, the claws 22 at both ends are located on both sides, and each claw 22a is aligned with the center of the supply port 12.
Bag group B1 is supplied between the two. Then, the bag group B1 receives the signal supplied to the top plate 11,
As an input signal, the claws 22 arranged in two rows together with their support members 21 move all at once from the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 3 to the position shown in FIG. Therefore, two bag groups B 1
is moved parallel to the width direction of the top plate 11, and one bag group is
The pawl 22 and its support member 21 stop in a state where B 1 straddles the center of the supply port 12 .
Next, the insertion plate 13 descends and passes the bag group B1 on the supply port 12 through the supply port 12 while folding it in half.
The insertion plate 13 is inserted into the outer bag D which is kept on standby by a support device below, and the insertion plate 13 rises and returns to its original position. Next, the claw 22 and its support member 2
1 moves in the opposite direction as shown in FIG. 5, and when the remaining bag group B 1 is located at the supply port 12,
The insertion plate 13 is lowered and raised again to insert this second bag group B1 into the next outer bag. Therefore, nail 22
And the claw support member 21 returns to the standby position. These one-cycle operations are performed from when the bag group B1 is supplied onto the top plate 11 until the next set of bags is supplied.

The means 30 for conveying the aforementioned bag group B 1 from the pedestal 10 to the top plate 11 is not particularly limited;
As shown in Fig. 2, a pair of upper and lower gripping claws 3
1 is provided with several sets of positions for gripping each bag group B 1 , and this gripping claw support frame is provided so as to reciprocate between the pedestal 10 and the top plate 11 , and the gripping claw support frame is provided so as to move back and forth between the pedestal 10 and the top plate 11 .
can be transported as it is from above the pedestal 10 to above the top plate 11.

In the case where the number of bag groups B1 is three, four claws 22 are provided at equal intervals as shown in FIG.
The standby position is located between the two middle claws as the center position corresponding to the supply port 12 position, and when three bags group B 1 are fed onto the top plate at the same time, the insertion plate 1
3 is lowered and raised, and then the claw support member 21 having four claws 22 is moved to the top plate 11 by one section between the claws 22.
Then, the insertion plate is lowered, and after rising, the claw 22 and the claw support member 21 are moved in the width direction of the claw 22.
After moving in the opposite direction by the section, the insertion plate 13 is lowered and raised again, and finally the claw and support member 21 return to the standby position.

In a bag packaging device for packaging each bag group as a unit into an outer bag, the top plate that receives the plurality of bag groups is provided with one supply port for supplying to the outer bag position of the bag group. In the vicinity thereof, a claw for moving the bag group to the supply port position in the width direction, and a type of support member are provided so as to move in the width direction, and each bag group is sequentially moved to the supply port position. A bag packaging device characterized by being provided with an auxiliary supply means for conveying bags to a mouth. 2. The bag group auxiliary supply means includes three claws that protrude upward from the center and both sides of the top plate through slits formed in the width direction of the top plate, and the three claws are arranged at intervals between the three claws. and a reciprocating drive means for simultaneously reciprocating within the slit while holding the slit, and the position of these claws is such that the center claw is at the center of the width of the top plate as the standby position; The bag group fed by one of the outer claws moves in one direction until it reaches the center position of the supply port and stops in response to a signal that the bag group is supplied to the top plate;
After one group of bags has been supplied to the supply port, each of the claws moves in the opposite direction in unison, and the remaining bag group is moved to the center position of the supply port by the outer claw on the opposite side to the previous one. , and then stops, and after this bag group is supplied to the supply port, returns to the standby position. The bag packaging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag packaging device performs one cycle.
