介してしかも支持棒10と直交する方向で支持さ
れた第2水平支持軸16と、この第2水平支持軸

グリツプ9の押圧を解除する解放位置(第3図仮
想線位置)にすることができる。さらに、上記支
持体4上には、水平姿勢にされた支持棒10に外
嵌されかつ回転されているゴルフグリツプ9を下
方からしかもその長手方向に沿つて往復研磨する
研磨機23が配置されている。すなわち、この研
磨機23は、架台1上の支持体4側とは反対側位
置にしかも支持棒10と平行に配置された左右一
対のスライドレール24と、これら両スライドレ
ール24にスライド部材25を介して支持棒10
の軸心方向で移動自在に支持された移動体26
と、この移動体26の支持体4側の側部から支持
棒10と直交する方向で水平に突設された駆動ロ
ーラ27および従動ローラ28と、これら両ロー
ラ27,28間に無端状に巻回された研磨布29
と、移動体26の内部に配置されるとともにプー
リ30,31、ベルト32および伝導軸33を介
して駆動ローラ27をすなわち研磨布29を所定
方向に回転させる第2電動機34と、上記スライ
