写されたトナーを溶融して定着させるようになつ
ている。この加熱ローラはストレートパイプをユ
ニツト側枠に軸受部材を介して回転自在に支持
し、その中にヒーターランプを縦通させ、該ヒー
ターランプの両端をランプ端子台から延設したラ
ンプホルダーで保持させるようにすれば比較的簡
易な構成を得られるが、該ストレートパイプの抜
け止め防止手段に困難性があつた。即ち、ストレ
ートパイプはその肉厚が限られているため、アン
ダーカツト部を設けたり、ネジを切つたりするこ
とができず、EリングやCリング等簡易な止め具
の使用ができず、自ずと構造が複雑化し、組み立
て性が悪くなつたり、コスト高になつたり、ロー
ラの交換等のメンテナンスを困難にしていた。
