[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention relates to a conductive connection device, and more specifically, a bent base of a narrow conductive plate, usually called a bus bar, is inserted into a slit provided in a projecting wall of an insulating base. This invention relates to a connection device that prevents bent pieces of a narrow conductive plate from being deformed by external force or accidentally shifting when held together.

In this conventional technology, in a connector housing that accommodates a plurality of female bipolar terminals that are provided by fitting one side into a plurality of male terminals arranged in parallel, a connector housing is provided inside a frame body that opens upwardly and downwardly and perpendicularly to the longitudinal side wall. A partition wall is provided to form a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and an inclined guide surface is formed on the left and right side walls of the frame body and a lower edge of the partition wall, and the lower end of the partition wall is positioned on the inner and outer sides that do not match the lower opening end of the frame body. This is a connector housing characterized in that the connector housing is located in the

[Problem to be solved by the invention] In the conventional technology described above, the lid body is screwed to the wiring board while the flange formed protruding from the lower part of the housing is pressed down around the hole in a separately prepared lid plate. The housing is attached to the wiring board.

Therefore, it is necessary to separately prepare a cover plate, which is complicated in terms of parts management and increases costs.
The first problem is that it is difficult to work in narrow or dark places because it requires screwing, and a tool such as a screwdriver is required.

In particular, in this conventional example, the base of the rising part (bent piece) of the narrow circuit board cannot be held down by the bottom surface of the housing, and the top surface of the circuit board away from the base is wired at the bottom of the slanted inner surface of the housing's collar. Since it is in pressure contact with the substrate, there is a second problem in that the rising portion is easily deformed or displaced by external force.

In order to eliminate each of the above-mentioned problems, this invention was developed by directly inserting the bent piece base (rising base) of a narrow conductive plate arranged on an insulating base into a slit formed in a projecting wall of the insulating base. The purpose is to prevent the deformation of the bent piece and its displacement, and to make the locking piece of the insulating base lock the edge piece of the heat-resistant cylindrical body, thereby eliminating the need for the cover plate and its screw fixing. do.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The object of this invention described above is to provide an insulating base formed of plastic, a notch opening at the edge of the insulating base, and locking elastic pieces formed on both sides of the notch. a pair of rail edges having: a protruding wall protruding from the surface of the base near each end of each rail edge; a protruding wall partially inserted into the slit of the protruding wall and disposed on the insulating base; An elongated narrow conductive plate, a bent piece formed substantially parallel to the rail edge on the narrow conductive plate, a through hole through which the bent piece passes, and a groove that engages with the rail edge are formed, respectively. An insulating cylindrical body is secured to the insulating base by locking pieces formed on the edges of the pair of rails, and a female connecting piece is inserted into the bent piece within the cylindrical body. This is accomplished by holding the base of the bent piece between the protruding wall and the slit.

[Function] By inserting the base of the bent piece of the narrow conductive plate (bus bar) fixedly arranged on the insulating base into the slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base, the bent piece is held against the protruding wall. Therefore, the bent piece will not be unnecessarily deformed or displaced due to external force caused by insertion and removal of the female connecting piece.

Also, when the cylinder is pushed into the groove from the front of the insulating base toward the rail edge connected to the notch, the locking bullet resists the elasticity due to the pressing stress of the groove applied to the slope. After the gap narrows, as the pushing is continued, the hook part of the locking bullet snaps into the front end surface of the concave groove of the cylinder due to the elasticity of the locking bullet, and is elastically engaged. The cylindrical body can be attached to the insulating base in a so-called "cassette pop" style by one-shot locking.

If you aim at the locking bullets 4A, 4A of the pair of rail edges 4, 4 connected to the notch 3 from the front of the insulating base 1 and push in while applying the groove 9 of the cylinder 11, the locking bullets will be released. The piece 4A is the cylindrical body 1 that joins the inclined surface.
After the gap 19 narrows while bending against the elasticity due to the pressing stress of the concave grooves 9, 9 of 1, the hook portion of the locking bullet 4A is bent by the elasticity of the locking bullet 4A as the above-mentioned pushing is continued. The cylinder body snaps into the front end face of the concave groove, restores itself, and engages elastically, and with a single lock, the cylinder body 11 is attached to the insulating base 1 with a so-called "cassette pop".
It can be attached to the ceremony.
