[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention enables fish and shellfish farming in environments with large waves, and at the same time prevents farmed fish from escaping by jumping on the sea surface and from being eaten by birds. This invention relates to a split-frame aquaculture cage in which fence nets and ceiling nets can be easily stretched at any height above the sea surface.

For aquaculture cages for cultivating fish and shellfish on the sea surface, the fish cage net is suspended from an integrated rigid frame fixed to side ropes at sea, and if necessary, the ceiling net is attached to support rods erected from the integrated rigid frame. A fence net (a fence net that can be attached above the sea surface) is used to prevent fish from jumping into the net and escaping through the sea surface opening. Two types of nets have been mainly used in the past:

However, as the size of the fish cage increases, the torsional and bending external forces exerted on the frame by waves become extremely large in the above-mentioned aquaculture fish cage with an integrated rigid frame, and it cannot withstand use in an environment with large waves.

In addition, although the above-mentioned aquaculture cages that do not use frames are wave-resistant, in order to prevent the farmed fish from escaping by jumping on the sea surface and from being eaten by birds, support rods are erected directly on the floats or the cage net, and a ceiling net is attached to the cages. Even if installed, the support rods could not be kept perpendicular to the sea surface, and it was extremely difficult to maintain the ceiling net at a certain height above the sea surface.

In the present invention, a fish cage net is suspended and supported on a plurality of divided frames which are made impossible to overturn by attaching floats, and a hedge net is stretched through support rods erected in the divided frames. A side line fixed by dipsticks is placed outside of the fish pen surrounding the fish cage net, the split frame is secured to the side line by a mooring rope, and a ceiling net is extendable and retractable to the support rod. The above object has been achieved by providing a split-frame aquaculture cage, which is characterized by being strung with ropes.

In the figure, 1 is a divided frame made of steel pipes, with four pieces arranged at the four corners of the cage and four pieces placed between them. be. Each divided frame 1 is fitted with three barrel-shaped floats 2 for those placed at the four corners of the cage, and four barrel-shaped floats 2 for those placed in the middle, making it impossible to overturn. can be,
It has enough buoyancy to remain stable even when people are working on it, and it floats independently. In addition, two support rods 3 are installed on each of the divided frames 1 placed at the four corners of the cage, and four support rods 3 are installed on each of the divided frames 1 placed in the middle. This makes it possible to stretch fence nets and ceiling nets as will be described later.

Further, 4 is a side rope that has been fixed and stretched in a square shape using blocks, anchors, etc. (not shown), and each of the split frames 1 arranged inside the mooring rope The mooring ropes 4 are secured to the side ropes 4 by the mooring ropes 4, and the adjacent split frames 1 are also secured to separate mooring ropes 5.
It is locked by. Although the divided frames 1 are separated and independent from each other by being locked by these mooring ropes 5, their arrangement positions can be maintained substantially constant.

In addition, 8 is a fence net, and 9 is a ceiling net that is stretched as needed to a required height above sea level so that there is no slack. A stretchable rope 10 such as a rubber rope is stretched from the upper end of each of the cables. It is preferable to use a stretchable rope 10 whose strength is lower than the strength that would cause the ceiling net 9 to break. If such a stretchable rope 10 is used, it will not cause excessive movement due to large movements of the split frame 1. When force is applied, the ceiling net 9
The stretchable rope 10 breaks earlier than this, and damage to the ceiling net 9 and support rods 3 can be prevented. In addition, the fence net 8 is connected to the fish cage net 6 by chucks or stitches between the divided frames 1, so that when a part of the upper edge of the fish pen net 6 falls below the sea surface due to a change in the arrangement of the divided frames 1, , preferably to prevent the fish from escaping.

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of the present invention, and the split-frame aquaculture cage of this embodiment has split frames 1 of a different shape from the split frames 1 shown in FIG. 1 at the four corners of the cage. The structure is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, except that no dividing frame is arranged between them.
That is, in this embodiment, the planar shape of the divided frames 1 at the four corners of the fish cage is approximately L-shaped, and by forming the divided frames 1 in this shape, the float can be attached to the inside of the fish pen net 6. Therefore, it is possible to reduce obstacles to swimming for the reared fish, and to facilitate operations such as changing the net and shipping the reared fish.

In the split-frame aquaculture cage of the present invention, it goes without saying that the shape and number of the split frames 1 can be selected as appropriate depending on the environment in which the aquaculture cage is installed, the breeding scale, etc. In addition, if an attached frame is formed to removably connect the divided frames, and the attached frame is used to connect the divided frames during periods of calm sea waves, aquaculture using conventional integral rigid frames is possible. Workability can be further improved as in the case of fish preserves.

(a) The cage frame is formed by separate and independent divided frames, and each divided frame moves up and down according to the wave height, so that no unreasonable force is applied to each divided frame. Therefore, it becomes possible to carry out aquaculture in an environment with large waves, which was impossible with the conventional integral rigid frame.

(b) Because the support rods attached to the split frames can be maintained vertically without being affected by waves or currents, ceiling nets and fence nets can be moved above sea level, which was difficult to do with fish cages with only floats without frames. Stretch the frame to any height,
It can be done easily. In addition, since the ceiling net is stretched over the support rods via elastic ropes, it is possible to reduce the possibility of the ceiling net falling to the sea surface or being torn due to swinging of the divided frames or changes in the arrangement of the divided frames. .

(c) Although the split frames are separated, they float independently and cannot be capsized, so humans can work on the split frames, making it easy to carry out tasks such as feeding, checking and replacing nets. .

(d) Since the split frames are anchored by mooring ropes to the side lines fixed by dipsticks, the degree of freedom in vertical movement of each split frame can be further increased;
The effect (a) can be further improved.
