本考案は真空成形法において使用される真空型

(従来の技術)
従来の真空型はアルミニウム、エポキシ樹脂又
はアルミニウムとエポキシ樹脂を併用した材質を

真空型はデザイン上の要求から製品形状が複雑化
するにつれ負角の形状が多くなり真空成形しにく
くなつている。このため従来の真空型はこの負角
形状部に真空穴を多数個且つ真空穴径を大きくし
たものが必要であるが負角形状部であるため往々
にして真空穴を開けるドリル等の刃が目指す型形
状部に届かないため加工できず真空成形装置より
型を取り出す型段取りを行つた後、真空型を型製
作設備に移動し型を反転後型の裏面から、目指す
型形状部を加工していた。又、真空穴が目詰まり
した場合に、その部分の清掃、保守をする必要が
あるが、その場合にも上記と同様、真空型を真空
成形装置から取り出す型段取り、移動、反転を行
う必要があつた。しかしながら、これら従来法で
は型段取り、移動等に工数がかかり生産性が落ち

部に真空穴を有し、該分離側金型はこれを前記固
定側金型の設定位置に支持固定するためのボルト
穴を備えた陥没座面を有し、ボルトにより前記固
定側金型と分離側金型が着脱自在に組み付けられ

ばエポキシ樹脂7で仕上げる。エポキシ樹脂7の
板厚は約2〜3mmがよい。分離側金型2を固定側
金型1から取り外すには、まずエポキシ樹脂7を
割り粘土5を掘り起こしボルトをぬき分割する。
工具8は加工部9に届かない状態を示し、工具
8′は型を分割したため加工部9に届いている状

付けられていることを特徴とする分割真空型。 (2) 上記陥没座面の陥没穴に排除可能な充填物を
充填し、その表面を樹脂で表面仕上げされてな
