Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、金属に対する腐食性を有する流体が
収容された機器の回転軸部を軸封する軸封装置に

示すような構造のものが知られている。

し、この摺接部の内径に通じる空間、すなわち固
定環2の背面側に位置する空間Aに収容された腐
食性を有する流体が図中左側の空間Bへ漏洩する
のを阻止するものである。なお、空間Aの腐食性
流体に接触する段付回転軸3の大径部32には、
腐食を防止するための図示しないグラスライニン
グが施されており、また、スリーブ4の先端4a
と段付回転軸3の段差部3aとの衝合部にはウエ

じりによつて損傷し、シール性が損なわれるおそ

るカラーと、回転環の内周を密封する軸パツキン
とを含む回転側シール部品群が、段付回転軸の小
径部に外装されるスリーブの先端と上記段付回転
軸の段差部との間へ介在させる挟着部および上記
スリーブの先端近傍の外径面を被覆する筒状部か
らなる保護パツキンの外周に組付けられてなる構
成とした。

空間Aの腐食性流体と接触する大径部32の外径

て上記回転側シール部品群S全体を一挙に組み付

つて損傷を受けることがなくなり、しかも回転環
を含む回転側シール部品群全体を保護パツキン外
周に一体的に保持できるので、取り扱いや組み付
けが容易になるといつた優れた効果を奏する。
