[Detailed description of the invention] (a) Industrial application field The present invention transmits ultrasonic waves to a subject, receives the reflected waves, and obtains information inside the subject based on the received signal. The present invention relates to a diagnostic site display method for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.

(b) Prior Art Conventionally, a subject to be examined in ultrasonic diagnosis, for example, a diagnostic region of a human body, is displayed two-dimensionally (two-dimensionally) along with the human body, as shown by diagonal lines in FIG. In this method of displaying the diagnosis area in a two-dimensional manner, although the contact position of the ultrasound probe can be determined, it is not possible to recognize the direction in which the ultrasound waves are transmitted from the contact position, and this results in poor reproducibility. This was a problem in making accurate diagnosis.

(c) Purpose The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above technical problem,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a diagnosis site display method for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus that can display not only the contact position of an ultrasonic probe but also the transmission direction of ultrasonic waves.

(d) Configuration In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention displays a subject three-dimensionally using an outline and a plurality of ellipses,
On this displayed object, the contact position of the ultrasound probe is displayed as a baseline, and the ultrasound transmission direction is indicated as an arrow from the baseline.

In the diagnosis site display method of an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention, first, a human body 1 as a subject is displayed three-dimensionally (3
dimensional) as a human body pattern. Next, on this human body pattern, the contact position of the ultrasound probe is indicated by a base line 4, and furthermore, the transmission direction of the ultrasound waves is indicated by a plurality of arrows 5 from the base line 4, respectively. Furthermore, in this embodiment, in order to make the diagnosis easier to understand, the diagnosis is made using straight lines extending from both ends of the base line 4 parallel to the arrow 5, straight lines passing through the tip of the arrow 5 and extending parallel to the base line 4, and the base line 4. The surface is displayed in a rectangular outer frame 6. In this way, the human body 1 is displayed three-dimensionally, and the diagnosis site, that is, the contact position of the ultrasound probe and the ultrasound transmission direction are displayed with the base line 4 and the arrow 5, respectively, so that ultrasonic waves that could not be recognized conventionally are displayed. The direction of sound wave transmission can also be seen at a glance, which enables more accurate diagnosis.

FIG. 3 is a block diagram of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for implementing the embodiment of FIG. 2. From the address generation circuit 10, an address signal indicating the address on the monitor is given to the human body pattern generation ROM 11 and the diagnostic part generation ROM 13, respectively.
The human body pattern generation ROM 11 has a human body pattern consisting of an outline and an ellipse written therein in advance, and supplies this human body pattern to the adder 12 in response to a signal from the address generation circuit 10. For diagnosis site generation
The ROM 13 is pre-written with patterns indicating diagnosis parts such as arrows 5, base lines 4, outer frames 6, etc. in various ultrasound transmission directions, and includes address signals from the address generation circuit 10 and ultrasound transmission directions. When the diagnosis site selection signal indicating the diagnosis site selection signal is input, patterns indicating the diagnosis site, such as the base line 4, arrow 5, and outer frame 6, are provided to the adder 12. In the adder 12 , the human body pattern from the human body pattern generation ROM 11 , the pattern indicating the diagnosis site from the diagnosis site generation ROM 13 , and the diagnostic data are added and provided to the display circuit 14 . As a result, the display shown in FIG. 2 will appear on a portion of the monitor together with the diagnostic image.

(f) Effects As described above, according to the present invention, the object to be examined is displayed three-dimensionally using an outline and a plurality of ellipses, and the contact position of the ultrasound probe is indicated on the displayed object. Since the baseline is displayed and the ultrasound transmission direction is displayed as an arrow from the baseline, it is now possible to recognize the ultrasound transmission direction, which could not be recognized with conventional technology. Ultrasonic diagnosis becomes possible.
