〔発明の利用分野〕
本発明は、音声信号をビデオ信号と同様に回転
ヘツドにより記録するFM音声多重VTRに関す

プ速度が遅いため(たとえばVHS6時間モードの
場合11mm/S)良好な音質が得られない。これに
対し音声信号をFM変調し、第1図に示すように
FM変調された輝度信号1と低域変換されたクロ
マ信号2の間の帯域にFM音声信号3を多重する
ことが検討されてきた。この場合音質は大幅に向
上するが、アフレコ(音声のみを後で記録し直す
こと)が困難であることが大きな欠点となつてい
た。

異なる2個の音声ヘツド7,8が存在する。ドラ
ム4の回転方向は矢印9とする。アジマス角が異
なるのを+、−の記号で表示する。

モードにおいて上記音声信号用回転ヘツドおよび
固定ヘツドにそれぞれ切換供給するスイツチを設
け、 アフレコ時には上記ビデオ信号用回転ヘツドを
再生モードとするとともに記録時のモードと等し
い速度モードでテープ走行させ、通常速度モード
では上記音声信号用回転ヘツドを記録モードと
し、上記スイツチにより上記アフレコされる音声
信号を上記音声信号用回転ヘツドに供給し、長時
間速度モードでは上記音声信号用固定ヘツドを記
録モードとし、上記スイツチにより上記アフレコ
される音声信号を上記音声信号用固定ヘツドに供
給することを特徴とする音声多重磁気記録再生装
