It is known that a core material commonly called a shank (hereinafter referred to as a shank core) is interposed, and the material is a fiber plate, steel plate, plastic plate, etc., and it is mainly inserted between the midsole and the outsole of the shoe. At least it should be glued.

問題点があつた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) In the above shoe sole, since the thickness of the shank core is interposed between the midsole and the outsole, there is no adhesion between the midsole and the outsole to the boundary of the part where the shank core is not present. In this case, there is a problem that steps and gaps occur, resulting in areas that do not adhere, and as the shoes are worn repeatedly, a peeling phenomenon occurs from the areas that do not adhere, and eventually the insole and the outsole separate, which impairs durability. Ta.

The inner surface of the outsole and the shank core are bonded smoothly by applying pressure and heat using a mold, and forming a hole equivalent to the hole on the outer surface of the outsole. This is an outsole characterized by having a concave portion.

The inner surface of the outsole is covered with a sheet-like shank core made of arbitrary fibers and abrasion-resistant resin, and is smoothly glued to the outer edge of the hole, making it possible to create a hole in the arch of the foot. This prevents excessive deflection caused by the bending and exerts resistance against twisting. On the other hand, since a recess corresponding to a punch hole is formed on the outer surface of the outsole, the shank core is exposed and the function of the arch can be seen.

A sheet-like shank core 3 made of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or any other fiber and wear-resistant resin is placed on the outer peripheral surface 4 by covering the punch hole 2 of the outsole 1.
The inner surface C of the outsole 1 and the shank core 3 are smoothly bonded 5 by applying heat and pressure using a mold,
This is a shoe outsole which has a recess 6 corresponding to two punch holes on the outer surface D of the outsole 1.
