This conventional connecting device uses a square pyramid-shaped stitching needle that presses a pressing plate that is compressed by a spring against the terminal. is pierced into the drawer terminal and the aluminum foil halfway through its pointed part to form a burr on the drawer terminal and the aluminum foil, and the burr is pushed up with a punch to crimp the drawer terminal and the aluminum foil.

大する問題もある。 By the way, in recent years, electrolytic capacitors have become smaller and the width of the lead terminals, or lead wire tabs, has also increased.
It is smaller at 0.08mm to 1.2mm, and the presser foot during stitching connection is also smaller accordingly. When attempting to connect such tabs with a small presser foot with a conventional stitching connection device, as shown in Fig. 4, when the stitching needle is inserted into tab T and aluminum foil F, the tab may be partially retracted as shown in P. The aluminum foil is also pulled in as it is pulled in, and when the burrs caused by the stitching needle are crushed, cracks appear in the aluminum foil f, as shown in FIG. If such a crack c occurs in the aluminum foil, there is a problem that not only the mechanical strength of the connection between the tab t and the aluminum foil f becomes weak, but also the electrical resistance increases.

In a stitching connection device that includes a tab holding member that presses the aluminum foil and the tab toward the tool, and a die that crushes burrs caused by the stabbing of the stitching needle, the tab side surface of the holding member is The tab is formed with projections and depressions to prevent the tab from slipping with respect to the presser member.

Then, the uneven surface of the tab holding member comes into strong contact with the surface of the tab and firmly holds the tab. In this state, pierce the tab and aluminum foil with the stitching needle. Burrs are generated by the piercing of the stitching needle, and the burrs are crushed by a die to connect the two.

説明は省略する。 FIG. 1 shows the structure of the part of the stitching connection device of the present invention in which the stitching needle pierces the aluminum foil and the tab. In the figure, 1 is a stitching needle with a pyramid-shaped portion 2 formed at the tip (lower end in the figure), 3 is a pilot hole tool with a hole 4 having a square cross section for receiving the stitching needle 1, and 5 is a stitching needle. A hole 6 through which the needle 1 passes is formed, and it is a tab holding member that holds down the aluminum foil f and tab t placed on the pilot hole tool 3. The lower surface of the tab holding member 5 is provided with an uneven structure in which a large number of small square pyramid-shaped projections 7 are arranged side by side. The hole 6 of the pilot hole tool 3 is considerably larger than the diameter of the stitching needle so that burrs b on the aluminum foil and tab can be easily formed. Note that the die for crushing the burr is the same as the conventional die, so a description thereof will be omitted.

Press it towards the person. Then, the projection 7 formed on the lower surface of the tab holding member 5 bites into the upper surface of the tab t, making it uneven as shown in FIG. 3, and the tab is prevented from moving with respect to the tab holding member.
