``Problems that the invention attempts to solve'' However, in the case of the conventional shaft furnace,
The raw material 6 introduced from the charging port 6 first passes through the protection section 1.
After hitting the protector 9 disposed in the portion facing the charging port 6 of a, it falls into the furnace, and the protector 9 in the portion facing the front of the charging port 6 becomes seriously damaged. Therefore, even though the copper protector 9 other than the front part was not so damaged, during the regular inspection carried out once a year,
All of the protectors 9 disposed on the protective portion 1a are replaced, which poses a problem in that the repair period becomes long and the repair cost becomes expensive.

A flange 18 is provided at the lower end of the protective portion 1a.
A flange 19 is provided at the upper end of the shell 3.
The protection part 1a is placed on the upper part of the furnace body 1 and is fixed to the upper part of the furnace body 1 by tightening the flanges 18 and 19 with bolts and nuts (not shown). ing. Also,
A ring-shaped support member 20 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the shell 3, and on the upper surface of this support member 20, rotating means, that is, four carts 21 that can run on the support member 20 are arranged at 90 degrees apart in the circumferential direction. The carriage 21 is provided with a jack 2 that is vertically expandable and retractable on the top of the truck 21.
2 is fixed. Further, near the lower end of the protective portion 1a, a bracket 23, on which the upper end of the jack 22 comes into contact, is fixed at a distance of 90° in the circumferential direction.

In the shaft furnace assembled as shown in FIG. 1, the raw material 5 charged from the charging port 6 hits the protector 9 at the portion facing the charging port 6 and falls into the furnace body 1. It is dissolved therein and flows out from the tap opening 7. Therefore, when charging the raw material 5, the raw material 5 does not directly collide with the heat-resistant bricks 4a in the furnace body 1, and the heat-resistant bricks 4a are not damaged. In this embodiment, four copper blocks 9 disposed within a range of about 120 degrees in the circumferential direction are damaged more than other parts.

Therefore, during the annual periodic inspection,
First, the spacer 2 disposed on the upper part of the protection part 1a
5 is removed to form a space above,
The bolts are removed from between the flanges 18 and 19 to separate the furnace body 1 and the protection part 1a. Next, by extending the jack 22, the protective portion 1a
After rotating the jack 22 by 120° in the circumferential direction while slightly lifting the jack 22, the jack 22 is retracted, and the protective part 1a is placed on the top of the furnace body 1 again.
The flanges 18 and 19 are fixed with bolts and nuts (not shown). When the protective part 1a is fixed on the furnace body 1, a spacer 25 is inserted and fixed between the protective part 1a and the roof 10, and the roof 10 is attached to the upper part of the protective part 1a. Therefore, the four copper blocks 9, which were severely damaged, were moved 120 degrees from the front of the charging port 6 and were located in a part where the raw material does not come into direct contact with the raw material during charging, and were located in front of the charging port 6. A portion of the protector 9 that is not so damaged will be located. Therefore, protector 9
There is no need to completely replace the protector 9, and it is only necessary to lift and rotate the protector 1a, so the position of the protector 9 can be changed in a short time.

In this embodiment, during the next periodic inspection, the position of the protector 9 is further rotated by 120 degrees in the same manner as described above, and the less damaged portion of the protector 9 is positioned in front of the charging port. It can be used without replacing the protector 9.

In this way, in the shaft furnace of this embodiment, the protective part 1a with the protector 9 disposed on the upper part of the furnace main body 1 is provided, and the protective part 1a can be separated upward from the furnace main body 1. A jack is provided to drive the portion 1a in the vertical direction, and the jack is fixed to the top of a cart that rotates the top of a support member provided on the outer periphery of the furnace body, thereby preventing damage to the portion of the protector 9 facing the charging port. If the damage becomes large, use a jack to lift the protective part 1a upward from the furnace body 1 and separate it, and then rotate the protector 9 in the less damaged part until it is located in front of the charging port 6. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to replace the entire protector 9 at the time of periodic inspection carried out once a year, and the repair period can be shortened, as well as the repair cost can be significantly reduced.

``Effect of the invention'' As mentioned above, in the shaft furnace of the invention, a protective part consisting of a protector divided into a plurality of pieces is provided on the upper part of the furnace main body, and the protective part is extended upward from the furnace main body. In addition to being separable, the furnace body is provided with a jack for driving the protective portion in the vertical direction, and further provided with a rotating means for rotating the jack in the circumferential direction along the outer periphery of the furnace body. If the part of the protector facing the charging port is damaged by the raw material being charged from the charging port, use jacks to lift the protective part upwards from the furnace body and separate it, then replace the protector with the less damaged part. By rotating the protector until it is located in front of the charging port, there is no need to completely replace the protector at every annual periodic inspection, which shortens the repair period at the time of inspection, and allows the protector to be completely replaced. This has the effect of extending service life and significantly reducing repair costs.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A charging port is provided at the top of the furnace body, which is made of a cylindrical shell with refractory bricks arranged inside, and raw materials are fed through this charging port to continuously melt the raw materials. In the shaft furnace, a protective part is provided in the upper part of the furnace body, and the protective part is formed by disposing a protector divided into a plurality of parts over the entire inner peripheral surface of the shell, and the protective part can be separated upward from the furnace main body. At the same time, a jack is provided between the protection part and the furnace body, the tip of which is connected to the protection part to drive the protection part in the vertical direction, and the furnace body is provided with a rotating means connected to the base end of the jack. 1. A shaft furnace, wherein the jack is provided with a protective portion and thereby rotates the jack in the circumferential direction along the outer periphery of the furnace body at a position where the jack raises the protective portion.
