【考案の詳細な説明】

この考案は、便器とロータンクに背もたれと肘掛けを設けた洋式トイレに関す るものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、洋式トイレにおいては、使用者か腰掛けながら排便することができた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これには次のような欠点かあった。 （イ）使用者は便座に腰掛けながら排便できるが、臀部に重心がかかり、腰、背 中、腕を支える場所がないことから、長時間の排便の場合に、腰、背中など に疲労を感じた。 （ロ）身体の不自由な人が使用する場合に、別な設備を必要とした。 本考案は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
便器（１）とロータンク（２）の上部に背もたれ（３）を設け、左右に肘掛け （４）を設ける。 本考案は、このような構成よりなる洋式トイレである。

【作用】
背もたれ（３）に、背中、腰を寄りかからせ、肘掛け（４）に腕を置きながら 排便できる。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 便器（１）とロータンク（２）の上部に背もたれ（３）を設け、左右に肘掛け （４）を設ける。 本案はこのような構造で、これを使用するときは、便座に腰掛けながら、背も たれ（３）に背中を寄りかからせて、左右にある肘掛け（４）に腕を置きながら 排便できる。 背もたれ（３）と肘掛け（４）があるために、腰、背中に疲労を感ずることな く排便できる。 なお本案は図３に示すように、便器（１）とロータンク（２）に背もたれ（３ ）と肘掛け（４）を一体化して製造することもできる。 また、図４に示すように、ソファーの腰掛け部分に洋式トイレを設け、トイレ としてだけでなく、ソファーとして使用してもよい。

【考案の効果】
背もたれ（３）に寄りかかりながら、腕を肘掛け（４）に置いたりして排便で きるため、腰、背中への疲労を感じることがない。 また、身体が不自由な人でも、肘掛け（４）があるために容易に腰掛けること ができる。
