【目的】 揮発性芳香剤の貯蔵中の変質，減量を防止
し，使用時には僅かな力により開封し，安全に，長時間
芳香を拡散し続けうる容器の提供。 【構成】 ガラスカプセルに密溶着収容することにより
使用前の内容芳香剤の散逸，変質を防ぎ，使用に当たっ
て，簡易な発散装置内でガラスカプセル破壊具により開
封し，周囲の液体吸収材に吸収させて通気用の小孔より
除々に気化，拡散させる。

【０００１】
揮発性を有する芳香剤，殺虫剤等の保存，流通又は使用の過程において，その 内容物の変質又は逸散することなく，保持する包装容器に関する。
【０００２】
家庭用として或いは車内用として使用し得る室内用芳香剤収納容器としては取 扱が便利なために密栓方式のものが用いられてきたが，プラスチック製の包装体 その他の容器においては長年月の間に経時的にデラミネ−ト等による変質を来し 易く，又完全密封が難しく容量の減少が避け難かった。

揮発性芳香剤の貯蔵中における変質，容量減少を避けるためには外部と完全に 遮断し，かつ出来れば外部からのエネルギ−又は外気等の流入を避けることがで き，しかも使用に際しては特別の工具や大きな力を用いることなく，女子，子供 でも取扱いえて，安全で，かつ単純な構造を有する容器が必要であった。

揮発性物質を薄肉の無機質の無孔性ガラス製のカプセル又は特定形状を有する 瓶に入れて端部を溶融して封入し，該ガラスカプセル又は瓶に特定の処置により 簡単に破砕し得る構造としておき，使用開始時迄変質，逸散することなく保持す ることを可能とした。
【０００５】 又該ガラス製カプセルは使用時には，発散用外装容器中においてその周囲をス ポンジ状発泡体，不織布，紙等で被い，使用時にカプセルの一部を破砕して揮発 性物質を含浸させることにより，一時に多量を放出することなく，これらの外包 物質中保留せしめることができ，外装容器中に設けられている通気用の小孔から 除々に気化，拡散せしめ得る。
【０００６】 使用を中止するときは該外装容器に無孔性のキャップを嵌めて封じて，その逸 散を最小限にとどめることができる。

図１（ａ）は液状芳香剤を収容して溶接密封した硝子製カプセル（１）であっ て硝子製カプセル内の芳香剤は，カプセルを破壊しない限り，揮散，流出するこ とがなく貯蔵，移動等により変質，減量のない状態で保持される。
【０００８】 このカプセル内の芳香剤を使用する場合には，危険性のない状態で，カプセル を破り硝子の散逸を防止でき，かつ必要な適量づつ芳香を揮発させることの出来 る構造の容器であれば可であるが，此処に実施の一例を挙げて説明する。
【０００９】 図１（ｂ）に示すように，例えば芳香剤吸収含浸用スポンジ状発泡体５を内装 するブロ−成形体の発散用容器２の底部にカプセル保持台２１を設け，該容器に 嵌合する射出成形体たる容器蓋３には，カプセル破壊用突起４と芳香剤揮散用小 孔６を付設する。
【００１０】 使用時にはカプセル１を容器２内の台２１上に置き，蓋３を被せて，突起４に より圧壊して芳香剤を流出させ，発泡体５に吸収させる。気化した芳香剤は蓋３ の小孔６より揮散して使用される。 尚揮散用容器は，この例に拘束されず，有効に目的を達するものであれば可であ る。
【００１１】 カプセル１は，揮散用容器の構造，形状に応じて，屈曲形状とするか，又破裂 点を半カット状とする事等も有効である。 又，図２に示すように，容器を通気性軟質包装体８とし，外部からの折り曲げ， 又は打撃等によりカプセル１を破壊して使用することも出来る。

本考案は放置式液状揮発性物質拡散装置に関するもので，未使用時には液状の ままで使用開始時までの保管中内容物の変質，減量は全く無く，使用時はカプセ ルに小さな力を加えてクラックを入れてそれからその外包の紙，発泡体，フェル ト等に浸ませる含浸式に変え，安全に，かつ美観を保ちつつ室内，トイレ，車等 の内部において長時間馥郁たる芳香を拡散し続けるという効果を有する。

- 【請求項１】 ガラスカプセルに密封収容し外部エネル
ギ−を遮断して内容物の変質を防ぎ，該内容物を逸散す
ることなく長時間保持し，使用にあたって，発散装置内
で該内容物を収納するカプセルを破砕することを特徴と
するガラスカプセル収容芳香剤容器。
