However, with this construction method, it is difficult to provide heat insulating material around window frames or door frames, for example, due to the construction process and other reasons. This is because window frames generally require a space between the frame and the frame in order to be installed after the concrete frame work, and the area around the window frame or door is not suitable for the structure. This is because the structure is complicated and it was difficult to fill this part with plate-shaped heat insulating material. Therefore, this part was often not filled with heat insulating material.

For this reason, attempts have been made to provide some kind of heat insulating material to the above-mentioned heat insulating defective portion. For example, one such attempt is to fill the insulation defect with mortar, but since mortar itself has a high thermal conductivity, it is difficult to provide good insulation performance. In addition, a method of filling insulation defects with an insulation material made by mixing bead-shaped foamed plastics such as expanded polystyrene with mortar is also being considered, but this method still has the problem of poor insulation performance due to the large amount of mortar used. It was hot.

For this reason, a method has been proposed in which unfoamed urethane is poured into the insulation defect and the unfoamed urethane is foamed in the defect. However, with this method,
Urethane foaming is not easy to control;
Foamed urethane flows out from the insulation defect and adheres to the surrounding area, and foaming may occur with the urethane protruding from the insulation defect. In such cases,
There were major problems in that it took time and effort to remove the foamed urethane adhering to the surrounding area, and it also took time and effort to scrape off the foamed portion protruding from the insulation defect. Another problem was that foamable urethane was expensive.

The heat insulating material of the present invention, in which the second foamed plastic particles are dispersed in the first foamed plastic, is a foam and therefore exhibits excellent heat insulating properties. In addition, since the first foamed plastic has a breakable closed-cell structure (breakable foam cells) that easily buckles, it can be used efficiently to fill insulation-defective areas, such as between the concrete frame of a house and a window frame. It can be filled easily and without any gaps. Moreover, even if the easily broken foamed cells of the first foamed plastic are buckled and destroyed by filling these gaps, the hard-to-break closed cell structure (hardly broken foamed cells) in the second foamed plastic particles will not break. Therefore, the insulation performance of the insulation material as a whole will not be reduced when it is filled between spaces, and the insulation performance of houses etc. can be significantly improved.

FIG. 2 schematically shows the state of the first plastic and second plastic particles in the heat insulating material according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, in the heat insulating material of the present invention, the first foamed plastic 4 having a breakable closed-cell structure that is easily buckled by applying stress is bonded to the second foamed plastic particles 5. The particles are filling the space between them. More specifically, the foamed first foamed plastic particles 4 fill the spaces between the second foamed plastic particles 5, and the second foamed plastic particles 5 adhere to the first foamed plastic particles 4 at the interface between the two. A second foamed plastic particle 5 is bonded together by one foamed plastic 4 to form a heat insulating material.

The above density means that each resin was foamed at a high expansion ratio. By foaming at such a high expansion ratio, the cell partition walls forming the closed cells become thinner, and foamed cells that are easily buckled and destroyed by external stress are formed.

The foamed cells in the second foamed plastic particles do not buckle under conditions that would cause the foamed cells of the first foamed plastic to buckle, and their closed cell structure is maintained. That is, the foamed cells in the first foamed plastic are easily destructible foamed cells whose closed cell shape is deformed and broken by buckling when stress is applied, but the foamed cells in the second foamed plastic particles are easily destructible. The cells are non-destructive foam cells that do not degenerate or break under conditions that cause the foam cells of the first foam plastic to buckle.

Since the second foamed plastic particles have non-destructible foamed cells, stress applied during filling causes the easily destructible foamed cells in the first foamed plastic to buckle, causing the insulation material itself to buckle. Even if the morphology changes, the non-destructive foam cells in the second foamed plastic particles maintain their closed cell structure. Therefore, good heat insulation performance is ensured for the heat insulating material as a whole. Furthermore, even when the easily breakable foam cells in the first foam plastic buckle, the insulation material as a whole has the function of preventing an extreme decrease in volume, that is, the role of volume retention as a filler. is doing.

The heat insulating material of the present invention may be obtained by buckling at least a portion of the breakable foam cells in the first foamed plastic and filling the heat insulating material into the shape of the heat insulation defect. Specifically, such a heat insulating material composition is filled into a heat insulation defect in a building such as a house using a trowel or the like. At this time, at least a portion of the breakable foam cells in the first foamed plastic are easily buckled, and the heat insulating material itself is deformed into a desired shape and penetrates into the details of the heat insulation defect. On the other hand, the non-destructive foam cells in the second foamed plastic particles are not buckled when the heat insulating agent of the present invention is filled with a trowel or the like, and the non-destructive foam cells maintain their shape.

As described above, when the heat insulating material of the present invention is filled into a heat insulation defect, at least a portion of the easily destructible foam cells in the first foam plastic is buckled, and the heat insulating material itself is deformed, and the second foam plastic is deformed. As long as the non-destructive foam cells in the plastic particles do not buckle, the insulation material can be filled into the missing insulation material by any method, but it is not necessary to use a trowel or the like to fill the insulation material. There isn't. For example, a rod-shaped heat insulating material according to the present invention is prepared, and the rod-shaped heat insulating material is applied to a defective portion of the heat insulating material by buckling at least a portion of the breakable foam cells in the first foamed plastic. The heat insulating material may be filled into the heat insulating defect portion by pushing the material while changing its shape so as to correspond to the shape of the heat insulating material defect portion.

As described above, in the heat insulating material of the present invention, the second foamed plastic particles having hard-to-break foam cells are dispersed in the matrix made of the first foam plastic having easy-to-break foam cells. When filling the area with this insulation material, at least a portion of the easily destructible foam cells in the first foamed plastic buckle and deform to correspond to the intricate structure of the insulation missing area. The insulation material can be filled into even the smallest details of the defect. Furthermore, even if the second foamed plastic particles are filled in a similar manner, the non-destructible foamed cells in the second foamed plastic particles do not buckle, so that the foamed plastic provides good heat insulation performance.

Effects of the Invention The heat insulating material according to the present invention has second foamed plastic particles having non-destructible foamed cells dispersed in a matrix made of a first foamed plastic having easily destructible foamed cells. When this insulation material is filled into a defective area such as between a building frame and a window frame, the breakable foam cells in the first foamed plastic are buckled, and the shape of the insulation material itself corresponds to the shape of the defective area. The foamed plastic heat insulating material, which has excellent heat insulating performance, can be easily filled into the missing part of the heat insulating material without forming a gap, and the heat insulating performance of houses, etc. can be significantly improved.
