により対処している。 An example of a method for winding a flexible film base around a core is to apply an emulsion to a formed film base and send it to a drying section in the photographic film manufacturing process, thereby drying the photographic film base. It may be wound onto a core. In this winding process, winding misalignment tends to occur as photographic film bases become longer and the winding speed increases. In order to prevent this winding misalignment, the winding tension is increased to the extent that the photographic film can withstand the pressure, or a band-shaped uneven stamp (emboss) is provided on both ends of the film base, the width of the embossing is made wider, or the uneven This has been countered by increasing the height and adding embossing to both sides.

の不具合がある。 On the other hand, in the case of a method based on embossed effect, in the case of cellulose triacetate (TAC) base, the embossed marking depth tends to be uneven, and in order to compensate for this, when winding with high tension, both sides of the base are extended and the embossed effect disappears. . Furthermore, when multiple layers of emulsion are applied to the film surface, the film thickness becomes higher than that of the embossing, resulting in problems such as loss of effectiveness.

を目的としている。 The present invention was made against the background of the above circumstances, and by tightly winding the core side of a flexible film base, winding misalignment that is likely to occur due to lengthening of elements and high speed winding can be avoided. In addition, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of unwinding of the original winding that has lost its embossed effect, and it is also possible to wind at low tension, which is effective in reducing presser fog and transfer loss at the end of the winding core and pasting tape. It is an object of the present invention to provide a high-speed winding method for a flexible film-like base, which can prevent the above problems and obtain a good winding condition.

It is characterized in that it is enlarged to form an annular protrusion, and is wound up so that both ends of the flexible film base cover the annular protrusion by 0.5 to 10%. More specifically, the flexible film base is a photographic film base, and the diameter of both ends of the core is 0.5 to 5 mm larger than the diameter of the core.
%, and further increase the base running speed at the time of winding to 20
It involves winding at a high speed of m/min or more, and in such a way that both ends of the flexible film base are wrapped around the annular protrusions at both ends of the winding core within a range of 0.5 to 10% of the total width of the base on each side. I'm here.

In this embodiment, the photographic film base 2 has a width of 1230 mm, an original roll length of 2500 m, and a thickness of 120 μm.
It uses a triacetate cellulose (TAC) base coated with an emulsion. Then, both ends of the winding core 1 are connected to the body part 1.
The height h is approximately 2 mm to 3 mm higher than a to form annular protrusions 1b, 1b, and both ends of the photographic film base 2 are attached to the annular protrusions 1b, 1b with a width d of approx.
It is wound up so that it takes about 15mm to 20mm.

That is, both ends of the photographic film base 2 are tightly wound around the raised annular protrusions 1b, while the area between the annular protrusions 1b can be wound loosely on the inside of the original roll. Loss caused by core transfer at base terminals, tape attachment parts, etc. is eliminated.

Since winding does not occur during this winding, low tension winding is possible, and pressure fog and transfer loss of the end of the winding core and the adhesive tape are prevented.

に適用可能である。 In the above embodiment, the annular protrusions 1b, 1b at both ends of the winding core 1 are made high by about 2 mm to 3 mm.
The diameter is not limited to this, but may be increased in the range of 1 mm to 10 mm, and the diameter of the annular protrusions 1b, 1b at both ends of the winding core 1 is made 0.5 to 5% larger than the diameter of the winding core 1.
Further, the annular protrusions 1b, 1b may be formed integrally with the winding core 1, or may be formed separately from the winding core 1 and attached to both ends. Also, the annular protrusion 1
The connecting portion between b, 1b and the winding core 1 may be stepped as shown in FIG. 1, or may be sloped as shown in FIG. Further, the annular protrusions 1b, 1b may be engraved with irregularities similar to embossing. And there is a photographic film base 2 with a width d = 15mm.
The photographic film base 2 is wound in such a way that it covers the annular protrusions 1b and 1b at both ends of the winding core 1 within a range of 0.5 to 10% of the total width of the base on each side. It is better to make it . Furthermore, it goes without saying that the width, length and thickness of the photographic film base 2 are not limited to those described above. Although the photographic film base 2 uses a triacetate cellulose (TAC) base, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) base may also be used. It is applicable to the winding technology.

状態が得られる。 In this way, according to the present invention, by raising both ends of the winding core and winding it up, the ends of the flexible film base can be tightly wound, and the winding can be made longer and faster. It is possible to prevent winding misalignment that tends to occur due to winding. Especially in the case of photosensitive materials such as photographic film bases, there is no problem since both ends are discarded. At the same time, by winding both ends of the core high, the inner side of the original winding can be wound loosely, so that there is no loss due to transfer of the base end, tape attachment part, etc. to the core, and a good winding condition can be obtained.
