Reference numeral 1 denotes a long board made of a hydraulic inorganic material such as cement or gypsum and having a concave cross section in the width direction. A protrusion 5 of the same height is integrally formed in parallel with the inside of the protrusion 2 through a small mounting bracket insertion gap 4, and the protrusion 3 and the protrusion 5 form a recess 6.
is formed. Furthermore, the upper end of one of the projecting edges 2 is made to protrude toward the gap 4 side, and an engaging hook portion 7 is formed over the entire length.
a is configured. Furthermore, a large number of hollow portions 8 are provided in the length direction of the substrate 1 in order to reduce weight and improve heat insulation.
is formed, and a real engagement structure consisting of a protrusion 9 and a groove 10 is formed in the length direction of the outer surface of the protruding edges 2 and 3. The projecting edges 2 and 3 may have a mating engagement structure with planar outer surfaces as shown in FIG. 2, or a reciprocal engagement structure in which protrusions 9a and 9a are formed on opposite sides as shown in FIG. 3, or as shown in the figure. It is possible to create an actual engagement structure that is difficult to avoid.

Further, the recess 6 of the substrate 1 is filled with a heat insulating material 11. The heat insulating material 11 is a plate-like body made of the same hydraulic inorganic material as the substrate 1 with polystyrene balloons 12 and air bubbles dispersed therein. In manufacturing the heat insulating material 11, primary foamed polystyrene beads expanded 10 to 100 times in size are added to a slurry of water and a hydraulic inorganic material, a water-soluble or emulsion-type synthetic resin to impart water resistance, and impact resistance. The composition contains short fibers such as carbon fiber and vinylon fiber to prevent cracking, water, foaming agent, foam stabilizer,
A foaming cream made by foaming a foaming liquid made of a foaming waterproofing agent using a foaming machine is blended to disperse air bubbles in the composition. Next, this material is filled into the recesses 6 of the uncured substrate 1 and heated and pressurized in an autoclave to harden both materials, resulting in a heat insulating material 11 having countless air bubbles.
is obtained. Further, the primary foamed polystyrene beads are melted by heating to form a balloon and harden, and a hollow polystyrene balloon 12 surrounded by a waterproof polystyrene film is formed in the heat insulating material 11.

13 is a mounting bracket, which connects the mounting plate 14 and this mounting plate 1.
4 and a hook piece 15 which is provided to protrude from the base plate 1 and engages with the engaging hook portion 7 of the board 1. This mounting bracket 13 has a mounting plate 14 fixed to the back side of a base bracket 17 with a U-shaped cross section that is fixed along the vertical direction of a base material 16 such as a column or a base wall, and a hook piece is inserted through a through hole 18 of the base metal fitting 17. 15 stands out. In this way, the mounting brackets 13 are provided in multiple stages in the vertical direction of the base metal fitting 17 at intervals equal to the width of the substrate 1, and are further supported in the length direction of the support portion 1a of the substrate 1 at appropriate intervals.
They are formed at appropriate intervals in the left-right direction of the base material 16, for example, for each column. Further, an intermediate member 20 having a protrusion 19 over its entire length, which is abutted from both sides by the end surfaces of the adjacent substrates 1, 1, is fixed to the base member 16.

次に上述の実施例の作用を説明する。 Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained.

When the hooks 15 of the plurality of mounting fittings 13 protruding from the base material 16 are inserted into the gaps 4 of the support portions 1a of the substrate 1 and the hooks 7 are engaged with the hooks 15, the end surface of the substrate 1 will be attached to the intermediate material 20. It comes into contact with both sides of the protrusion 19 and is prevented from moving laterally. Furthermore, by engaging the support portion 1a of the lower board 1 with the lower mounting bracket 13, the upper end surface of the lower board 1 comes into close contact with the lower end surface of the upper board 1, and the protrusions 9 and grooves 10 of the actual board are brought into close contact with each other.
are fitted and stretched vertically without any gaps. Furthermore, the gap between the end surfaces of the left and right substrates 1, 1 formed by the protrusion 19 of the intermediate material 20 is filled with caulking material 21.

Furthermore, since the substrate 1 and the heat insulating material 11 are both made of inorganic materials, and a large number of air bubbles and hollow polystyrene balloons 12 are dispersed in the heat insulating material 11,
It is lightweight, has heat insulation properties, and is nonflammable.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, a large number of boards are nailed to the base material.
It can be installed simply by sequentially engaging the mounting bracket without using screws or the like, making the installation simple and quick. Furthermore, the support part can be formed at the same time as the substrate, making it easy to manufacture. In addition, polystyrene balloons and air bubbles are dispersed in the insulation material, making it lightweight, heat-insulating, waterproof, and non-combustible.
