Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)前方ヘッドピース(38)を有する内視鏡管(2)と、 b)ヘッドピース(38)を流体圧によって通路状内腔(14)の中に移 動させるための可撓性外反管(24)と、 c)内視鏡管の使用中の前記外反管(24)の外側部分(26)と、前記 ヘッドピース(38)に係合する湾曲部分(34)と、後方に延在する内側部分 (32)と、 d)前記外反管(24)の前記外側部分(26)と内側部分(32)との 間の密封されたスペース(42)の中に流体圧を加える手段と、 e)内視鏡管(2)と外反管(24)の前記後方延在内側部分(32)と の間のスペースの中に流体圧を加える手段とを含む事を特徴とする内視鏡装置。 2. 通路状内腔の中に内視鏡を導入する装置において、 a)内視鏡装置の使用中に外側部分(26)と、ヘッドピース(38)に 係合する湾曲部分(34)と、後方に延在する内側部分(32)とを有する可撓 性外反管(24)と、 b)前記外反管(24)の前記外側部分(26)と内側部分(32)との 間の密封されたスペース(42)の中に流体圧を加える手段と、 c)前記外反管(24)の前記後方に延在する内側部分(32)の内部ス ペースの中に流体圧を加える手段とを含む事を特徴とする内視鏡導入装置。 3. 外反管(24)の湾曲部分(34)が内視鏡管ヘッドピース(38)の 後側面の連続凹部(40)と係合する事を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれ かに記載の装置。 4. 外反管(24)の内側部分(32)を後退させる騒動手段(70)を有 する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装置。 5. 外反管(24)の供給部分(52)が圧力チャンバ(50)の中に配置 され、この圧力チャンバの圧力が外反管(24)の外側部分(26)と内側部分 (32)との間に作用する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装 置。 6. 外反管(24)の外側部分(26)と内側部分(32)とのスペース( 42)の中の流体がガスであり、また外反管(24)の内側部分(32)の内部 スペースの中の流体が液体である事を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記 載の装置。
