Description
Claims (9)
- 1.粒子状の材料を連続的に機械的に変形加工する方法において、粒子状の材料 を圧縮して、それと同時に材料の体積を粉砕によってさらに減少させることを特 徴とする、粒子状の材料を連続的に機械的に変形加工する方法。
- 2.閉じられた室内でプレスローラ対(4,5)を用いて、粒子状の材料を連続 的に機械的に変形加工する装置において、プレスローラ対(4,5)の下方に第 3のローラ(6)が配置されており、該ローラ(6)とプレスローラ対(4,5 )とが、互いに一緒におよび/または互いに向かってシフト可能に配置されてい ることを特徴とする、粒子状の材料を連続的に機械的に変形加工する装置。
- 3.前記ローラ(6)の代わりに、シーブ封入体(13)を備えたロータ(7) が設けられている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 4.プレスローラ対(4,5)が、水平線から0°よりも大きく90°よりも小 さい角度で傾動可能に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 5.プレスローラ対(4,5)と前記ローラ(6)とが、被せ嵌め可能な冷却装 置または加熱装置を備えている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 6.前記ローラ(6)の表面が、平行に配置されたフライス加工部(26)を備 えており、該フライス加工部が、回転軸線に対して0°よりも大きく90°より も小さい角度で延びている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 7.前記フライス加工部(26′)が、0°よりも大きく90°よりも小さい角 度で互いに交差して配置されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 8.前記フライス加工部(26,26′)が、互いに異なる深さと歯面角度とを 有している、請求項6記載の装置。
- 9.調整ねじ(23)を用いて無段階にロータ表面(22)に向かって調節可能 なスクレーパ(20)が設けられている、請求項2記載の装置。
