Description
Claims (20)
- 1.燃料ガスの燃焼中のNOx排出量を減ずるために、炉の第一の開口部に近接 して配置される予混合バーナであって: a.下流端と、空気および燃料ガスを受入れる上流端とを有するバーナチューブ において、炉内の第一の開口部に近接して該バーナチューブの下流端にバーナチ ッが取付けられていて、燃料ガスの燃焼が該バーナーチップにおいて生ずること になる、バーナチューブ; b.燃料ガスを該バーナチューブ内に導入するために、該バーナチューブの上流 端に近接して配置されるガススパッド; c.炉内の第二の開口部に第一の端を有し、該バーナチューブの上流端に近接し て第二の端を有する、少なくとも1個の通路; d.該バーナチューブの上流端から下流端に向けて該バーナチューブを通って流 れる燃料ガスと空気に応じて、該通路を通して該炉から排ガスを引き出す装置に おいて、燃料ガスと空気の燃焼点よりも前で、該バーナチューブの該上流端にお いて排ガスが空気と混合されることになる、装置: を含む予混合バーナ。
- 2.該炉から排ガスを引き出す該装置は、該バーナチューブのベンチュリ部分を 含む、請求項1の予混合バーナ。
- 3.1次空気室を有し、該少なくとも1個の通路は第一と第二の端を有するダク トを含み、該第一の端は炉内の第二の開口部の中に延在し、該第二の端は該1次 空気室の中に延在する、請求項1の予混合バーナ。
- 4.1次空気室を含み、該1次空気室の中に開口する少なくとも1個の調整自在 ダンパーを含み、該ダンパーは該1次空気室の中に入る大気の量を制限して、炉 から排ガスを引き出すための真空を生じさせることになる、請求項2の予混合バ ーナ。
- 5.該少なくとも1個の通路は該ダクトの2個を含む、請求項3の予混合バーナ 。
- 6.該ダクトはほぼL字形を有する、請求項3の予混合バーナ。
- 7.該ダクトの該第一と第二の端の少なくとも一つにおいて可撓シール装置をさ らに含む、請求項3の予混合バーナ。
- 8.該ダクトの該第一の端における該シール装置は炉の一部分と該ダクトとに結 合され、該ダクトの該第二の端における該シール装置は該ダクトと該1次空気室 に結合される、請求項7の予混合バーナ。
- 9.炉への、少なくとも1個の空気開口部をさらに含み、該開口部は空気がこれ を通って該炉内に流れ、その後で該少なくとも1個の通路内に引き出されるのを 可能にする、請求項1の予混合バーナ。

- 11.該少なくとも1個の通路を取付ける該段階が、炉と1次空気室との間に少 なくとも1個のパイプを取付けることを含む、請求項10の、現用の予混合バー ナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 12.該少なくとも1個の通路を取付ける該段階が炉と1次空気室の間に2個の パイプを取付けることを含む、請求項10の、現用の予混合バーナをレトロフィ ットする方法。
- 13.該少なくとも1個のパイプの両端部分に可撓シール装置を取付けることと 、炉の一部分に該シール装置を取付けることとをさらに含む、請求項11の、現 用の予混合バーナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 14.該バーナチューブはベンチュリ部分を含み、炉から排ガスを引き出す作用 が、該ベンチュリ部分を燃料ガスと空気が通る時の吸出し効果によって生ずる、 請求項10の、現用の予混合バーナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 15.該予混合バーナは、1次空気室に引き込まれる大気の量を制限して炉から 排ガスを引き出すのに必要な真空を生じさせる装置を含む、請求項11の、現用 の予混合バーナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 16.炉の床と1次空気室の壁とに開口部を形成し、該少なくとも1個のパイプ の一端を該床の開口部に挿入し、該パイプの他端を該壁の開口部に挿入すること を含む、請求項11の、予混合バーナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 17.該少なくとも1個のパイプにセラミック繊維のブランケットを巻くことを 含む、請求項11の、現用の予混合バーナをレトロフィットする方法。
- 18.炉内の第一の開口部に近接して配置される予混合バーナの中でNOx排出 量を軽減する方法であって:a.所定の位置で燃料ガスと空気を組合わせる段階 ;b.該所定の位置の下流の燃焼点で該燃料ガスを燃焼させる段階; c.該燃焼点に向かって流れる燃料ガスと空気に応じて、炉から排ガスを引き出 し、該排ガスが該燃焼点の上流の該所定の位置において該空気と混合する段階: を含むNOx排出量を減ずる方法。
- 19.該引き出す段階は、燃料ガスと空気をベンチュリに通して、該ベンチュリ を通って流れる燃料ガスと空気の吸出し効果が炉から排ガスを引き出すようにす る、請求項18の、NOx排出量を軽減する方法。
- 20.排ガスの温度よりも低い温度の空気を炉の中に通してから、該低い湿度の 空気を該排ガスと共に該所定の位置に引き出し、それにより該引き出された排ガ スの湿度を下げること、をさらに含む、請求項18の、NOx排出量を軽減する 方法。
