Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.組成物が、以下の反応混合物: (A)以下のいずれかであるソフトセグメントマクロジオール:(i)式I; HO−〔(CH2)nO]m−H1 (式中、nは5より大きく13より小さい整数を表し、mは、式Iの組成物の数 平均分子量が218〜5000になるような数字であり、所望により式I中示さ れるすくなくとも1つの水素原子はC1〜C3アルキル基またはハロゲン原子に より置換される)で示されるホモポリマー(ii)式: −(CH2)nO− (式中、nは上記の式Iで定義したと同様である)の反復単位の質量に対して少 なくとも25%含むコポリマー;または(iii)上記の式Iで定義したと同様 のマクロジオールの10%以上を含むマクロジオールの混合物;および (B)ポリウレタン製造法の技術において公知の脂肪族または芳香族ジイソシア ネート;および (C)所望により連鎖延長剤、 であることを特徴とする、ポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素エラストマー。
- 2.ホモポリマー(i)が、数平均分子量が218〜5000となる分子量の範 囲を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿 素。
- 3.少なくとも1個の水素原子がフッ素原子で置換されるホモポリマー(i)を 特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のポリウレタンまた はポリウレタン尿素エラストマー組成物。
- 4.脂肪族または芳香族ジイソシアネート(B)が、以下のもの;4.4′−ジ フェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)メチレンビス(シクロヘキシル)ジ イソシアネート(H12MDI)p−フェニレンジイソシアネート(p−PDI )トランス−シクロヘキサン−1,4−ジイソシアネート(CHDI)1,6− ジイソシアナトヘキサン(DICH)2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート(2, 4−TDI)メクーテトラメチルキシレン(m−TMXD)およびパラ−テトラ メチレンジイソシアネート(p−TMXDI)から選ばれることを特徴とする、 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素エラス トマー組成物。
- 5.連鎖延長剤(C)が、以下のもの;1,4−ブタンジオール(BDO) 1,6−ヘキサジオール(HDO) 1,2−エチレンジアミン(EDA) 1,6−ヘキサンジアミン(HDA)および1,2−プロパンジアミン(1,2 −PDA)から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の ポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素エラストマー組成物。
- 6.組成物が、架橋剤、触媒、酸化防止剤、安定剤および加工助剤の1個または それ以上を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のポリ ウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素エラストマー組成物。
- 7.生体物質として使用のたりの先行請求項のいずれか1項記載ポリウレタンま たはポリウレタン尿素エラストマー組成物。
- 8.全部または一部が先行請求項のいずれか1項記載のポリウレタンまたはポリ ウレタン尿素エラストマー組成物からなる、生体物質。
- 9.請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素エ ラストマー組成物を10%より少なく含む物質からなる、請求項8記載の生体物 質。
- 10.請求項1〜6記載のいずれか1項記載のポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン 尿素エラストマー組成物で全部または一部分がなる、医療装置、製品、または移 植片。
- 11.請求項1〜6記載のいずれか1項記載のポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン 尿素エラストマーを10%より少なく含む物質からなる、請求項10記載の医療 装置、製品、または移植片。
- 12.カテーテル、移植可能な人工補装器、心臓補助装置、血管移植片である、 請求項10または11記載の医療装置、製品または移植片。
