Ｏ□Ｒ４であるか又はＲ１及びＲ３が一緒に結合した時にはこれらは５員又は６
員環を形成し；Ｒ４及びＲ″は水素又はＣ１−、アルキル基であり、 ＲＭはＣ
，Ｉ−、アルキル基であり；ｎは０又は１であり；但しｎが０であるときはＲ１

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １．次式（Ｉ）： ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼（Ｉ）（式中、Ｒ２、Ｒ２及びＲ３は個々に 水素、アルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、シクロアルキル、アルキルシクロア ルキル、ハロゲン、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、アルケノキシ、アルコキシアル キル、ハロアルコキシ、アルキルチオ、シアノ、ニトロ、アミノ、ＮＲ５Ｒ６、 ヒドロキシ、アミノ、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４であるか又はＲ２及びＲ３が 一緒に結合する時はこれらは５員又は６員環を形成し；Ｒ４及びＲ４は水素又は Ｃ１−４アルキル基であり；Ｒ５はＣ１−４アルキル基であり；ｎは０又は１で あり；但しｎが０である時はＲ１、Ｒ２及びＲ３は全て水素である訳ではない） の化合物。 ２．Ｒ１がアルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、ハロゲン、ハロアルキル、アル コキシ、ハロアルコキシ、アミノ、ニトロ、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４、アル キルチオ又はヒドロキシ基である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 ３．Ｒ２及び／又はＲ３が水素である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 ４．Ｒ２及びＲ３が個々にアルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、ハロゲン、ハロ アルキル、アルコキシ、ハロアルコキシ、アミノ、ニトロ、アシルアミノ、−Ｃ Ｏ２Ｒ４、アルキルチオ又はヒドロキシ基である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 ５．Ｒ１が水素である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 ６，Ｒ１、Ｒ２又はＲ３の何れかが個々にＣ１−４アルキル、Ｃ１−６アルケニ ル、Ｃ１−６アルキニル、ハロゲン、Ｃ１−４ハロアルキル、Ｃ１−４アルコキ シ、Ｃ１−６ハロアルコキジ又はＣ１−４アルキルチオ基である請求の範囲１〜 ５の何れかに記載の化合物。 ７．Ｒ１及びＲ３が一緒になって５員又は６員の炭素環式環を形成する請求の範 囲１記載の化合物。 ８．ｎが０である請求の範囲１〜７の何れから記載の化合物。 ９．ｎが１である請求の範囲１〜７の何れかに記載の化合物。 １０．Ｒ１が水素、Ｃ１−４アルキル、ハロゲン、Ｃ１−４アルコキシ、ニトロ 、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４又はヒドロキシ基であり、Ｒ２及びＲ３が個々に 水素又はハロゲンであり、ｎが０である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 １１．Ｒ２が水素、Ｃ１−４アルキル、ハロゲン、Ｃ１−６アルコキシ、ニトロ 、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４又はヒドロキシ基であり、Ｒ２及びＲ３が個々に 水素又はハロゲンであり、ｎが１である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 １２．Ｒ２が水素、Ｃ１−４アルキル、ハロゲン、Ｃ１−６アルコキシ、ニトロ 、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４又はヒドロキシ基であり、Ｒ１及びＲ３が個々に 水素又はハロゲンであり、ｎが０又は１である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 １３．Ｒ３が水素、Ｃ１−４アルキル、ハロゲン、Ｃ１−６アルコキシ、ニトロ 、アシルアミノ、−ＣＯ２Ｒ４又はヒドロキシ基であり、Ｒ１及びＲ２が個々に 水素又はハロゲンであり、ｎが０又は１である請求の範囲１記載の化合物。 １４．次式（Ｉ）： ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼（Ｉ）（式中、Ｒ１及びＲ２は個々に水素、 アルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、シクロアルキル、アルキルシクロアルキル 、ハロゲン、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、アルキルチオ、シアノ又はヒドロキシ 基であり；Ｒ３は水素であり；ｎは０である）の化合物。 １５．塩基の存在下に次式（ＩＩ）： ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼（ＩＩ）の対応の置換された化合物を４−プ ロモ−トリフルオロプト−１−エンと反応させることからなる、請求の範囲１に 定義した如き式（Ｉ）（式中ｎは０であり、Ｒ１、Ｒ２及びＲ３は請求の範囲１ 〜１４の何れかに定義した意義を有する）の化合物の製造方法。 １６．ｎが０である時の式（Ｉ）の対応の置換された化合物を酸化剤と反応させ ることからなる、請求の範囲１に定義した如き式（Ｉ）（式中ｎは１であり、Ｒ １、Ｒ２及びＲ３は請求の範囲１〜１４の何れかに定義した意義を有する）の化 合物の製造方法。 １７．式（Ｉ）の対応のヒドロキシ誘導体をアルキル化剤と反応させることから なる、請求の範囲１に定義した如き式（Ｉ）（式中Ｒ２、Ｒ２又はＲ３の少なく とも１つはアルコキシ基である）の化合物の製造方法。 １８．請求の範囲１〜４の何れかで定義した如き式（Ｉ）の化合物を有効量で含 有し且つ不活性希釈剤又は担体材料及び場合によっては表面活性剤をも含有して なる殺線虫組成物。 １９．線虫害虫の生息場所又は害虫の被害を受け易い植物に対して請求の範囲１ 〜１４の何れかに定義した如き式（Ｉ）の化合物を有効量で施用することからな る、線虫害虫の殺滅又は防除方法。
