Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 1.水蒸気を含み圧縮して供給される周囲空気を除湿するための手段と、 上記除湿手段からの除湿された吐出空気を第一のタービンに供給するための手段 と、 上記第一のタービンからの吐出空気を上記除湿手段の冷却通路に供給するための 手段と、及び 上記冷却通路からの吐出空気を第二のタービンに供給するための手段と、 を備えた封体内の空気を調整するためのエアサイクル環境制御装置。
- 2.上記第一のタービンは、上記第一のタービンの吐出空気の温度が上記供給空 気の露点と上記除湿手段の凝固点との間となるような膨張比を有するクレーム1 に記載の装置。
- 3.上記第一のタービンを通過した上記除湿された吐出空気の一部をバイパスさ せるための手段を有するクレーム1に記載の装置。
- 4.上記供給空気の一部を上記第二のタービンに直接供給するための手段を有す るクレーム1に記載の装置。
- 5.上記供給空気の一部を上記第二のタービンのアウトレットに直接供給するた めの手段を有するクレーム1に記載の装置。
- 6.水蒸気を含む圧縮された周囲空気を供給する源と、上記供給空気を受容し冷 却し、該供給空気と熱交換をする関係においてより低温の周囲空気を供給される 主熱交換器と、上記主熱交換器からの吐出空気を受容し、第一及び第二のタービ ンにより駆動されるコンプレッサと、 上記コンプレッサからの吐出空気を受容し冷却し、該コンプレッサ吐出空気と熱 交換する関係においてより低温の周囲空気を供給される副熱交換器と、 上記副熱交換器からの吐出空気を受容し該副熱交換器吐出空気から水蒸気を除去 し、上記副熱交換器吐出空気と熱交換する関係において冷却流体を供給されるコ ンデンサと、上記コンデンサからの吐出空気を受容し膨張させる上記第一のター ビンと、 上記第一のタービンからの吐出空気を上記冷却流体として上記コンデンサを通過 させる手段と、及び 上記冷却流体として上記コンデンサを通過した空気を受容し膨張させる上記第二 のタービンと、 を備えたエアサイクル制御装置。
- 7.上記コンデンサ内の氷結を検出する手段と、該氷結検出手段に応答して、上 記第一のタービンを通過した上記コンデンサ吐出空気の一部をバイパスするため の手段を有するクレーム6に記載の装置。
- 8.上記供給空気の質量流量を決定する手段を有するクレーム6に記載の装置。
- 9.上記質量流量決定手段に応答して、上記副熱交換器吐出空気の一部を上記第 二のタービンのインレットに直接導入するための手段を有するクレーム8に記載 の装置。
- 10.上記質量流量決定手段に応答して、上記副熱交換器吐出空気の一部を上記 第二のタービンのアウトレットに直接導入するための手段を有するクレーム8に 記載の装置。
- 11.圧縮されて供給される周囲空気から水蒸気を液化除去する工程と、 上記液化工程において除湿された空気を第一のタービンにおいて膨張させる工程 と、 上記第一のタービンにおいて膨張した空気を上記液化工程において冷却剤として 用いる工程と、及び 上記液化工程において暖められた上記冷却剤を第二のタービンにおいて膨張させ る工程と、 を有する封体内の空気を調整する方法。
- 12.上記供給空気の質量流量を評価する工程をさらに有するクレーム11に記 載の方法。
- 13.上記供給空気の質量流量が第一の所定値よりも小さくなったときに、上記 供給空気を上記第二のタービンのインレットに直接供給する工程をさらに有する クレーム12に記載の方法。
- 14.上記供給空気の質量流量が第二の所定値よりも小さくなったときに、上記 供給空気を上記第二のタービンのアウトレットに直接供給する工程をさらに有す るクレーム12に記載の方法。
