本考案はアイスクリームやケーキ等の販売に用

本考案は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであつ
て、その目的は組立て包装箱の構成材であるシー
ト材を、板紙の内面に発泡合成樹脂シートの真空
成形物を接着した積層材によつて形成し、このシ
ート材には箱の内面側に向かつて膨出させた空気
室を設け、この空気室と発泡合成樹脂シートによ
る内面層によつて被包装物に対する保護機能、即
ち、緩衝性、断熱性及び耐荷重性等が向上できる
ように、また組立てたときの保形性も向上できる
ように改良した組立て包装箱を提供することにあ
る。
しかして、本考案の上記目的は四角形である底
板の各辺に側板片が、これら側板片のうちの相対
向した一方の組の側板片にはその上側辺に蓋板片
が、また相対向した他方の組の側板片にはその左
右両側辺に側面折込み片がそれぞれヒンジ部を介
して連設されている一方、上記両蓋板片の相対向
した側辺には中間部分に接合片を切残した提手片
がヒンジ部を介して連設されていると共に、該提
手片の左右両側辺には掛止突片を突設し、また、
側面折込み片が連設されている上記他方の組の側
板片にその上側辺の中間部分に支持片を突設し
て、この支持片には上記掛止突片が係入自在であ
る掛止口を穿設すると共に、該支持片の左右両側
に隣接して上記側板片の上側辺にはそれぞれヒン
ジ部を介して上面折込み片が連設されているシー
ト材を板紙層の片面に発泡合成樹脂層が積層され
ている積層材により形成し、このシート材の発泡
合成樹脂層は底板、蓋板片、側面折込み片及び該
側面折込み片が連設されている側板片の部分に膨
出部を設けると共に、これら膨出部の内面と板紙
層との間には空気室を形成して構成した組立て包
装箱により達成される。

がら説明する。
組立て包装箱の構成材であるシート材1は四角
形(図示の場合は長方形)である底板11と、こ
の底板11の各辺にヒンジ部12を介して連設さ
れた各側板片13〜16と、これら側板片のうち
の相対向した一方の組の側板片13,15の上側
辺にヒンジ部17を介して連設された互いに突き
合わせ自在である蓋板片18,19と、相対向し
た他方の組の側板片14,16の左右両側辺にヒ
ンジ部21を介して連設された側面折込み片2
2,23を備えており、上記両蓋板片18,19
の相対向した側辺には中間部分を切込んで舌片状
の接合片24,25が切残されている提手片2
6,27がそれぞれヒンジ部28を介して連設さ
れ、29はその切込み線である。また、提手片2
6,27の左右両側辺にはヒンジ部28に隣接さ
せて掛止突片31,32が突設されている。
一方、側面折込み片22,23が連設されてい
る側板片14,16にはその上側辺の中間部分に
支持片33,34を突設して、この支持片33,
34には前述した掛止突片31,32が係入自在
である掛止口33a,34aを穿設し、また、側
板片14,16の上側辺には上記支持片33,3
4の左右両側に隣接して上面折込み片35,36
がそれぞれヒンジ部37を介して連設されてい
る。38は切込み線である。
上記構成のシート材1は、第2図及び第5図に
示す如く板紙層1aの片面に接着剤層1cによつ
て発泡合成樹脂層1bを積層した積層材により形
成され、その積層接着時において、発泡合成樹脂
層1bと接着剤層1cには底板11、蓋板片1
8,19、側面折込み片22,23及び該側面折
込み片22,23が連設されている側板片14,
16の部分に真空成形法によつてそれぞれ膨出部
2を設け、これら膨出部2の内面と板紙層1aと
の間に空気室3を形成する。この場合、底板11
上には膨出部2を4個、また側板片14,16上
には膨出部2を2個設けてあるが、この膨出部2
は必要に応じて変更してもよい。また、一部の膨
出部2は周縁部を部分的に段部2aに形成して、
箱状に組立てたときの密着性が向上するように考
慮されているが、これは第6図に示すごとく周縁
部をデーパー面部2bに形成して突き合わせても
よい。
なお、板紙層1aとしてはパルプを素材とした
アート紙やボール紙、または発泡シートを基材と
して表面に板紙層を有する複合シート等の肉厚が
0.5〜3mmの平板状のシート状物が、発泡合成樹
脂層1bとしてはポリスチレンペーパー、架橋発
泡ポリエチレン、発泡ポリエチレン等の発泡シー
トや、塩化ビニルシート、耐衝撃性シート、ポリ
プロピレンシート等の非発泡シート等の肉厚が
0.2〜3mmのシート状物が、また接着剤層1b用
の接着剤としてはエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合
体、低密度ポリエチレン、サーリン(登録商標)
等の融点が70〜123℃の熱可塑性樹脂であつて、
その肉厚が3〜100ミクロンのエチレン系重合体
フイルムやアクリル系樹脂、酢酸ビニル系樹脂エ
マルジヨン等がそれぞれ用いられる。
以上の構成によれば、発泡合成樹脂層1b側を
内面としてシート材1を各ヒンジ部12,17,
21,28,37の部分で折曲げ、第3図に示す
状態から第4図に示す如く箱状に組立てると、相
対向した一方の組の側板片13,15に側面折込
み片22,23が、蓋板片18,19に上面折込
み片35,36がそれぞれ内接して重合し、また
一方の接合片24が蓋板片19の上面に、他方の
接合片25が蓋板片18の下面にそれぞれ重合す
る一方、両提手片26,27は突き合わされて掛
止突片31,32が掛止口33a,34aに係入
して、2枚重ねの提手を有する強度と保形性並び
に断熱性等に優れた包装箱を形成できる。

で保形性に優れている等、その実用的価値は極め
て多大である。
