Description of the Related Art Polyacetal resins have well-balanced mechanical properties and are excellent in friction and wear characteristics, chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical characteristics, etc. -Widely used in the field of sliding parts such as electronic parts. However, the required properties in such fields are becoming more sophisticated, and one of them is the demand for further improvement of sliding properties and their long-term sustainability. As a typical example of such a sliding component required to have higher sliding characteristics, there is a felt clutch mechanism component used in a tape running system such as a VTR, 8 mm video and typewriter. As a sliding characteristic required for the felt clutch mechanism component, not only the friction coefficient but of course, it is important to obtain a stable rotating torque with respect to the felt both in the short term and in the long term. Conventionally, polyacetal resin has been mainly used as a material for the felt clutch mechanism component. However, as a recent trend, downsizing of felt clutch mechanism parts, speeding up of tape running, etc. have progressed,
In particular, there is a tendency that friction and wear characteristics with a felt for long-term use, stability of rotational torque, stick-slip phenomenon (torque stick), and the like tend to deteriorate, and improvements thereof have been desired. For the purpose of improving these problems, fluoroacryl resin and polyolefin resin to polyacetal resin, addition and mixing of other resin such as silicone resin resin, further addition of graphite, solid lubricant such as molybdenum disulfide,
Fatty acids, silicone oils, various mineral oils, etc. have been added. However, the addition of fluororesin or polyolefin-based resin improves sliding properties to some extent, but these resins have poor compatibility with acetal resin, which causes peeling on the surface of the molded product, Easy to generate precipitates. Also, the addition of lubricating oils such as silicone oil and various mineral oils has the effect of reducing the wear coefficient and specific wear amount, but in the sliding characteristics against felt, rather the exudation of liquid matter causes the aggregation of polyacetal resin wear powder. May occur, which may rather cause an increase in the rotation torque. Further, there are many cases in which there is a problem in extrusion processability or molding processability.
Further, addition of a solid lubricant such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide is abrasion powder due to abrasion, and therefore an increase in rotation torque due to agglomeration and sticking to the felt is observed.

Average particle size for calcium carbonate (B) blended with (A)
Spindle-shaped particles of 0.1 to 10 μm are used. The fusiform shape as used herein means a shape in which the central portion is thick and becomes gradually narrower toward both ends, and is typically a columnar shape with both ends sharpened, an elliptical shape or a similar shape. Further, the average particle diameter is an average value of the diameters measured by the long diameter. As known to those skilled in the art, calcium carbonate is ground calcium carbonate,
There are light calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, colloidal calcium carbonate, etc., but those used in the present invention belong to light calcium carbonate, of which the spindle-like shape, the average particle size of which is 0.1 ~ 10μm, preferably Is 0.1
˜5 μm. Such specific calcium carbonate
By combining (B) with the specific fatty acid ester (C) described below and blending it with the polyacetal resin (A), it is possible to obtain for the first time a material that exhibits excellent sliding characteristics, especially excellent stability in sliding against felt. You can do it. Examples of such specific calcium carbonate (B) include Silver W, PC and PCX manufactured by Shiraishi Industry Co., Ltd. The calcium carbonate is a generally known surface treatment agent, that is, a silane coupling agent such as aminosilane or epoxysilane, a titanate coupling agent and a surface treatment agent such as an organic acid, an organic acid ester or an organic acid metal salt. It may be surface-treated. An example of such surface-treated calcium carbonate (B) is SL-101 manufactured by Shiraishi Industry Co., Ltd. In the present invention, the amount of calcium carbonate (B) added is 1 to 15 parts by weight, preferably 3 to 10 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyacetal resin (A). If the amount is smaller than this, sufficient torque stability cannot be obtained, and if the amount is larger than this, a torque stick or the like with the mating material occurs due to surface roughness of the molded product.

Addition of fatty acid ester is more suitable than other solid lubricants such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide for improving general sliding property and sliding property with respect to felt, but it is required by itself. The characteristics cannot be satisfied, and it is difficult to add a large amount and uniformly because of the improvement. That is,
It causes slippage of the resin on the screw of the extruder during the kneading of the additive, a surging phenomenon occurs, and problems such as unmelted resin vent up from the vent hole occur, making it difficult to prepare a uniform composition itself. In addition to the above, problems such as poor biting and poor plasticization occur during molding. However, the specific calcium carbonate (B) as in the present invention
By adding the fatty acid ester (C) in combination with the fatty acid ester (C), the above-mentioned drawbacks of the fatty acid ester alone can be significantly improved.

ある。As is apparent from the above description and Examples, the resin composition of the present invention obtained by blending a specific calcium carbonate and a fatty acid ester in a polyacetal resin is compared to a resin composition in which calcium carbonate and a fatty acid ester are used alone. The sliding property with respect to felt is drastically improved, which is preferable as a composition for sliding members. Since the composition of the present invention has the effect as a sliding member for felt as described above, it is used in applications requiring severe sliding characteristics, such as VT.
Suitable for felt clutch mechanism members such as R and 8mm video.
