で、先ず、該シールケースの組付けのために螺子
加工並びに弛み防止対策などが不要となつて、こ
れによる製造コストの著しい低減を計り得ると共
に、従来装置における弛み防止のためのシールケ
ース外部の部分的なカシメに代つて、前記肉薄端
部の周域全部を均一に変形させるので、組付けた
シールケース自体の環状変形が生じる惧れが少な
くて、部分カシメ時に生じ易い環状変形によるシ
ール作用の劣化の懸念がなくて、より安定したシ
ールケースの組付けが出来るに加えて、このケー
ス肉薄端が密着するアウターチユーブ外周面をロ
ーレツト状等の粗面に加工しておくことにより、
前記塑性変形加工時に変形内面を該塑面に喰込ま
せるようにすれば、該ケースを内周方向にも強固
に固着することが可能で、このシールケース外周
に例えばブレーキホースのガイド部などを附設す
ることが出来るなどの副次的効果をも有するもの
で、本考案フロントフオークはその効果が実用に
供して極めて顕著なるものである。
