[Background technology] In the case of conventional electric water heaters, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7
As shown in the figure, a water supply port 2 and a discharge port 3 are provided on the lid 1a at the top of a hot water tank 1 which has a sheathed heater 4 and a thermistor 5 inside, and a water supply pipe 6 runs from the water supply port 2 to the bottom of the hot water tank 1. ' was hanging down. However, in such a conventional example, since the water supply pipe 6 was a straight pipe with the same inner diameter on both the upper and lower sides, room temperature water from the water source flowed in forcefully and collided with the bottom of the hot water tank 1, disrupting the water flow. However, there were disadvantages in that lukewarm water was discharged and the time for hot water to be discharged (hot water temperature maintenance time) was short. Further, since the water supply pipe 6' is simply hanging down, the water supply pipe 6' is unstable and wobbly, and this causes troubles such as contact with the sheathed heater 4 and thermal deformation. As another conventional example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-149843 discloses that the water supply pipe is set to have the same diameter from the inlet side to the expanded end on the outlet side, and a buttful plate is integrally formed at this expanded end. What has been done is disclosed.

However, the expanded end of the outlet of the water supply pipe is only intended to spread the water coming out of the water supply pipe around the bottom of the hot water tank, and the effect of making the water flow gently cannot be expected with conventional water supply pipes.
The hot water tank is divided into upper and lower parts by a porous baffle plate formed at the end of the water supply pipe on the outlet side.
In order to stably supply hot water, the hole diameter of the baffle plate and the gap between the baffle plate and the hot water tank must be set with high precision, which has the disadvantage of making the structure of the water supply pipe extremely complicated.

Furthermore, by partitioning the inside of the hot water tank with the double plate as described above, the heater comes into contact with the double plate, which, together with the thermal deformation of the double plate, may also cause thermal deformation of the water supply pipe that is integrated with the double plate. . For this reason, there was also a drawback that the effect of positioning the water supply pipe by the baffle plate could not be obtained.

[Purpose of the invention] This invention was made in view of the above points, and the purpose of this invention is to reduce the flow of water supplied from the water supply pipe so that it is difficult to mix with the hot water in the temperature tank. To provide an electric water heater which can stably supply hot water, extend the hot water supply time, and reliably prevent thermal deformation of a water supply pipe.

[Disclosure of the invention] The electric water heater of the present invention supplies water from the top of the hot water tank 1 and discharges hot water from the top of the hot water tank 1. Water supply pipe 6
At the same time, the inner diameter of the water supply pipe 6 is formed into a tapered shape that gradually increases in diameter from the upper inlet side to the lower outlet side, and is connected to the bottom of the hot water tank 1 inside the outlet side of the water supply pipe 6. A position regulating protrusion 11 is provided, and the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved by configuring it as described above. In other words, by making the inner diameter of the water supply pipe 6 thicker at the lower outlet side than at the upper inlet side, the water enters the water supply pipe 6 at a gentle speed from the lower outlet side and mixes with the hot water in the hot water tank 1. Hot water can be stably supplied without any trouble, and the low temperature water supplied from the water supply pipe 6 flows in slowly and the water with a heavy specific gravity accumulates quietly at the bottom of the hot water tank 1, increasing the amount of hot water stored. Now you can have hot water for a longer period of time. moreover,
By engaging the position regulating protrusion 11 provided at the bottom of the hot water tank 1 with the inside of the outlet side of the water supply pipe 6, contact between the water supply pipe 6 and the heater 4 is prevented, and thermal deformation of the water supply pipe 6 is reliably prevented. Made it possible to prevent it.

The electric water heater of the present invention is used as a private part cleaning device for a flush toilet bowl 7, and is constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Inside the hot water tank 1 are installed a sheathed heater 4 for heating water, a thermistor 5 as a temperature sensor, a float switch 8 for detecting the water level, etc., each hanging from the lid 1a of the hot water tank 1. A water supply port 2, a discharge port 3, and a discharge port 9 are provided in the lid 1a. A water supply pipe 6 hangs down from the water supply port 2 to the bottom of the hot water tank 1, and the water supply pipe 6 is shaped so that the inner diameter on the lower outlet side is thicker than the inner diameter on the upper entrance side. is formed. Specifically, for example, the inner diameter of the water supply pipe 6 on the inlet side is 6 mmΦ, and the lower part is 15 mmΦ, and the area on the outlet side is six times the area on the inlet side. Therefore, the flow velocity on the outlet side of the water supply pipe 6 is 1/6 of the flow velocity on the inlet side, which is a gentle flow. Water supply pipe 6
A rectifying plate 10 is provided at the bottom of the hot water tank 1 corresponding to the outlet side of the lower part of the hot water tank 1, and a protrusion 11 protruding from the rectifying plate 10 is connected to the water supply pipe 6 as shown in FIG.
It is engaged with the edge of the opening on the exit side. This protrusion 1
1, the lower end of the water supply pipe 6 is positioned so that it does not come into contact with the sheathed heater 4. Such a protrusion 11 is the fourth one when there is no current plate 10.
As shown in the figure, it may be provided directly protruding from the bottom of the hot water tank 1. A temperature fuse 22 and a bimetal switch 23 which are activated when the sheathed heater 4 is abnormally overheated are provided on the top surface of the lid 1a of the hot water tank 1. The electric water heater constructed in this way is incorporated into the private part cleaning device of the flush toilet bowl 7 as shown in FIG.
The water supply hose 12 is connected to the water supply port 2 via a gear pump 13, and the filter part 14 at the end of the water supply hose 12 is put into a water tank and the gear pump 1 is connected to the water supply port 2 via a gear pump 13.
3, water is supplied to the water supply port 2. The two-stage sliding cleaning nozzle 15 and the discharge port 3 provided on the flush toilet 7 are connected to the discharge hose 1.
It is communicated at 6. The discharge port 9 is provided with a safety valve, and the water is discharged from the discharge port 9 to the flush toilet bowl 7 in the event of overpressure. Furthermore, in FIG. 4, 17 is a hot air dryer, 18 is a control circuit block, 19 is an operation panel, 20 is a toilet seat, and 21 is a toilet lid. When the sheathed heater 4 is energized, the water in the hot water tank 1 is heated, and a certain amount of hot water is stored in the hot water tank 1. When cleaning the private parts, when the gear pump 13 is driven, water is supplied to the water supply pipe 6 via the water supply hose 12, water flows from the water supply pipe 6 into the hot water tank 1, and is discharged from the discharge port 3 through the discharge hose. Hot water is supplied to the cleaning nozzle 15 through the cleaning nozzle 16, and the hot water discharged from the cleaning nozzle 15 performs cleaning. In other words, as shown in FIG. 1, since the water supply pipe 6 is formed in a shape that gradually becomes larger in diameter from the inlet side to the outlet side, the supply water flowing forcefully into the water supply pipe 6 from the water source is fed into the shape of a rattle. The flow can be changed to a gentle flow inside the pipe 6,
The hot water can be allowed to flow out slowly to the bottom of the hot water tank 1. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the water from mixing with the hot water accumulated in the upper part of the hot water tank 1 without causing disturbance in the hot water tank 1, and it becomes possible to stably supply hot water. Furthermore, since the water supply pipe 6 is positioned by the protrusion 11, even if a force acts to cause the water supply pipe 6 to wobble, the water supply pipe 6 will not move and the water supply pipe 6 will not come into contact with the sheathed heater 4.

[Effect of the invention] As described above, in this invention, the inner diameter of the water supply pipe is made wider at the lower outlet side than at the upper inlet side, so hot water enters at a gentle speed from the lower outlet side of the water supply pipe. It can supply hot water stably without mixing with the hot water in the tank, and the low-temperature water supplied from the water supply pipe flows in slowly and the water with a heavy specific gravity accumulates quietly at the bottom of the hot water tank, so hot water can be maintained. This increases the amount of hot water stored in the hot water tank and extends the amount of time the hot water is available. Furthermore, since the position regulating protrusion provided at the bottom of the hot water tank is engaged with the inside of the outlet side of the tumble-shaped water supply pipe, the water supply pipe does not wobble.
Therefore, by preventing contact between the water supply pipe and the heater,
It becomes possible to reliably prevent thermal deformation of the water supply pipe.
