符号に示す、外部型枠と符号に示す、内部型枠の間
に生コンクリートを流し込み、立上がり面を施工する工
法

【考案の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】
ビル等の鉄筋コンクリート製建築物の建設時、立上がり面の打設に適 応する
【従来の技術】
立上がり面型枠内に生コンクリートを流し込み立上がり面打設後、ス ラブ面に生コンクリートを流しコテ仕上げを行なう その際、立上がり面打設時に吹出し付立上り面に於ては、型枠内のあ る程度の高さ迄生コンクリートを流し込むと、生コンクリートの重量 で、スラブ面上に吹出しが発生する為、ある高さで生コンクリート流 し込みを中止し、数時間放置し、ある程度固まり吹出しが発生しなく なった時点で再度生コンクリートを流し込み、立上がり面を完成する
【考案が解決しようとする課題】
【０００１】上記で示す通り、途中で一度放置時間が必要となる為、継 続作業が出来ず、作業のロスタイムが生ずる
【０００２】途中で一度放置した際、上面もある程度固形化する為、再 度流し込んだ生コンクリートと、以前に充填した分との接 着が、充分でなく打ち継ぎといわれる現象が発生する 打ち継ぎは、強度不足、亀裂、漏水の原因となる
【０００３】打ち継ぎ及び、骨材の片寄りを防止する為に、バイブレー ターを挿入する方法が一般的に用いられるが、強力にバイ ブレーターをかけると、吹き出しが再発生する 又、バイブレーターが弱いと打ち継ぎが解消出来ない
【課題を解決するための手段】
立上がり面の内部型枠に接した位置のスラブ面上に金網状の押え板を仮設 する
【作用】
生コンクリートのスラブ面上への吹出しを防止する
【考案の効果】
【０００１】金網状の押え板を用いることにより骨材が網目に引掛かり、 吹出し防止に顕著な効果がある
【０００２】金網状の押え板を用いることにより内部が見え、立上がり面 下部の充填状態が確認出来、品質が安定する
【０００３】金網状の押え板を用いることにより、水分が分離し易く、固 形安定が早い
【０００４】吹出しを防止できる為、立上がり面への流し込みを、上部迄 継続して施工出来る為、打ち継ぎが発生しない
【０００５】継続施工及び、早期安定により、全体的に作業時間の短縮が 図れる
【０００６】壁面のみでなく、階段打設時にも同様の効果がある
