That is, in this battery checker, metal pieces are attached to one inner wall surface of the battery box 1 which faces each other to form a positive terminal 2, and a spiral spring is attached to the other inner wall surface of the battery box 1 to form a negative terminal 3. The terminal 2 and the negative terminal 3 are electrically connected to the input terminals of the voltmeter 4, respectively. When this is used, if the battery to be inspected is housed in the battery box 1, the negative electrode of the battery and the negative terminal 3 come into contact with each other, and the positive electrode of the battery is added to the positive electrode by the spiral spring. Since the voltage for contacting the terminal 2 is applied and the voltage between the electrodes of the battery can be measured by the voltmeter 4, the degree of consumption of the battery can be inspected from the measurement result.

できる。Further, as shown in FIG. 3, in the battery checker, the conductive paint 5 having a relatively large electric resistance is applied to the surface of the film 6 in the form of a thin band, and the band-shaped conductive paint 5 is applied.
There are circular terminals 7 and 8 at both ends, and a temperature-sensitive paint 9 is applied on the surface of a belt-shaped conductive paint 5. When this is used, the film-like battery checker is bent as shown in FIG. 4 so that the terminals 7 and 8 are brought into contact with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery, respectively. Since an electric current flows into the conductive paint 5 and the conductive paint 5 generates heat and the temperature-sensitive paint 9 changes color, the degree of battery consumption can be inspected by observing the degree of color change.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the battery checker of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 10 is a battery box, and metal fittings 11, 12 on which metal needles 11, 11 are vertically installed are fixed to one inner wall surface facing each other. Further, a hole is formed in the wall surface of the battery box 10 facing the metal fittings 12, 12 and a sliding metal 13,
13 is fixed, and metal shafts 16, 16 having knobs 14, 14 at one end and needles at the other ends 15, 15 are inserted into through holes of the sliding metal 13, , 13 have coil springs 17, 17 between the outer wall side end surface of the battery box 10 and the knobs 14, 14, and stoppers (flange) 18, 18 are fixed near the tips of the metal shafts 16, 16. Then, the metal shafts 16 and 16 are prevented from coming off from the sliding metals 13 and 13 by the springs 17 and 17. Further, the sliding metals 13 and 13 and the metal fittings 12 and 12 are electrically connected to each other, and the respective connection ends are connected to the respective terminals of the voltmeter 19.

Even if the entire surface of the battery to be covered is covered with a protective film, the tips of the needle 11 and the other end 15 of the metal shaft 16 respectively make small holes in the protective film without breaking the protective film, and the battery is positive or negative. Since the inter-electrode voltage of the battery can be measured with the voltmeter 19 in contact with the electrodes, the consumption level of the battery can be inspected from the measurement result.

In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a plastic plate whose both ends are vertically bent, and the metal fitting 11 on which the metal needle 11 as described above is erected is fixed to one of the opposite ends of the plastic board and the metal fitting 12 faces the metal fitting 12. At the end of the plastic plate 20, the sliding metal 13, the metal shaft 16, the coil spring 17 and the stopper 18 as described above are provided, and the sliding metal 13 and the metal fitting 12 are connected to the respective terminals of the voltmeter. .. When using the battery checker thus constructed, as shown in FIG.
When the knob 14 is pushed against the spring 17 each time the plurality of batteries are sequentially mounted on the needle 0, the needle 11 and the metal shaft 16
Since the tip of each of the electrodes makes a small hole in the protective film on the electrode surface of the battery placed on the plastic plate 20 and contacts the positive and negative electrodes of the electrode, even if a large number of batteries are covered with the protective film, The degree of wear can be inspected sequentially.

If each of them is applied vertically to both the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, even if the entire surface of the battery to be inspected is covered with a protective film,
Since the tips of the needles 25 and 26 make small holes in the protective film and the tips come into contact with the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, respectively, a current according to the electromotive force of the battery flows through the conductive paint 21 to heat the paint. By observing the degree of color change of the temperature-sensitive paint 27 due to the heat generation, it is possible to inspect the battery consumption level without removing the protective film.

It is obvious that the structure is not limited to the vertical if possible, and the structure in which the needle is applied to the electrode of the battery does not have to be limited to the structure described above. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the voltage between electrodes of the battery or the degree of electromotive force is inspected by using the voltmeter or the temperature sensitive paint, but the present invention is not limited as long as it can inspect the consumption of the battery. The present invention is not limited to this, and the presence or absence of the lighting may be observed using, for example, an LED.

Is possible. Therefore, if the battery checker according to the present invention is provided at the battery sales floor, the customer can inspect the consumption level of the battery before purchasing the battery without breaking the protective film covering the battery. There is no fear of purchasing a battery with reduced electromotive force due to natural discharge, and there is a remarkable effect in improving the quality of service to customers.
