The present invention relates to a belt buckle.
【0002】[0002]
As a conventional belt buckle, the front end of the belt is passed through an annular body, and a rod-shaped member provided on the main body is inserted from the back side into a hole formed at the front end of the belt to connect both ends of the belt. Things were known. However, in this product, a large number of holes had to be opened in order to pass the rod-shaped member, the strength of the belt was reduced, and it was troublesome to connect the belt.
Further, in order to connect the belt with one touch, a protrusion having an enlarged portion at the tip is provided on the back surface of the metal fitting attached to one end of the belt, and this protrusion is punched at the other end of the belt. A buckle that can be passed through a hole is proposed. However, since the protrusion easily comes off from this hole, the belt easily comes off even during use, and as with the conventional buckle described above, many holes must be formed in the belt. It was a thing.
【0004】[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bag which can be easily connected to a belt, which does not easily come off, and which does not require a hole for connection in the belt so that the strength of the belt does not decrease.
【0005】[0005]

【0006】[0006]
When the slide bar of the first engaging member is pushed in against the urging force, the small diameter portion of the slide bar is located in the notch, and the gap between the back end of the notch and the side surface of the slide bar becomes wider. Cross the second engaging tool almost at right angle to the first engaging tool, insert the tip of the hook into the notch from the front side to the back side of the belt, and insert the small diameter part of the slide bar into the opening. Let Next, the hook is rotated to bring the first engaging member and the second engaging member into a line, and when the slide bar is released, the slide bar slides toward one side end due to the urging force, and the slide bar The large diameter part of the hook engages with the inner circumference of the hook and is located in the notch, and the gap between the back end of the notch and the side surface of the slide bar is narrowed to prevent the hook from coming off. When removing the belt, similarly, slide the slide bar toward the other end and rotate the hook so that the second engaging tool intersects the first engaging tool at a substantially right angle. Removes the hook from the notch in the reverse process and separates the second engaging device and the first engaging device.

To mount the second engaging member 4 on the belt 2, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressing plate 20 is rotated in the direction of the arrow a so as to move between the bending piece 22 and the engaging member main body 25. The gap is widened, and the other end of the belt 2 is passed between the engagement tool body 25 and the pressing plate 20 and between the engagement tool body 25 and the belt insertion strip 17, so that the belt 2 is suitable for the user's waistline. The second engaging member 4 is slid to the length, and the pressing plate 20 is rotated in the direction opposite to the arrow a to press the bent portion 21 and the bent piece 22 of the pressing plate 20 against the back surface of the belt 2. Then, the second engagement tool 4 is positioned with respect to the belt 2.
Next, a method of using the buckle 1 will be described. When mounting the belt 2, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the protruding one end of the slide bar 6 of the first engaging member 3 is pushed with a finger to make the slide bar 6 elastically repulsive. Then, the small-diameter portions 12 and 12a of the slide bar 6 are positioned in the notches 8 by pushing them into the engagement tool body 5 to increase the gap between the rear end of the notches 8 and the side surface of the slide bar 6. To do. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the tip of the hook 18 of the second engaging tool 4 is directed toward the back surface of the belt 2 so that the engaging tool main body 25 intersects the engaging tool main body 5 at a substantially right angle. After inserting the small diameter portions 12 and 12a of the slide bar 6 from the opening 26 of the hook 18 and inserting the hook 18 from the front side between the notch 8 and the slide bar 6, the engaging body 25 is rotated. Then, the engagement tool main body 25 and the engagement tool main body 5 are aligned, and the hook 18 is engaged with the slide bar 6 as shown in FIG.
Then, when the finger is released from the slide bar 6, the slide bar 6 slides toward the one side end due to the elastic force of the spring 16, and the large diameter portions 13 and 13 a of the slide bar 6 are inserted into the notches 8. When it enters and engages with the inner circumference of the hook 18, the gap between the rear end of the notch 8 and the side surface of the slide bar 6 becomes narrower, which prevents the hook 18 from coming out. When the buckle 1 is removed, the hook 18 may be pulled out from the inside of the notch 8 by a process reverse to the above to separate the first engaging member 3 and the second engaging member.
【0014】[0014]
In the buckle of the present invention, a slide bar is slidably inserted into an insertion hole formed at the connection-side tip of the first engagement tool, and cut from the connection-side tip of the first engagement tool toward the rear end. A notch is formed to urge the slide bar toward one end, and the part located in the notch when sliding toward the other end of the slide bar is a small-diameter part. When the small diameter portion of the slide bar is located in the notch, the portion located in the notch is the large diameter portion, and the hook for detachably engaging the slide bar in the notch is provided on the back surface of the second engaging tool. Since the hook can be attached to and detached from the notch, only when the slide bar is pushed into the first engaging member against the biasing force, the second engaging member and the first engaging member Can be engaged and disengaged, and when the slide bar is not subjected to This will prevent the belt from falling off during use, and it will be possible to completely prevent the belt from falling off during use.You can easily attach and detach the belt by pushing the slide bar and pulling out the hook. Even if the small diameter portion of the slide bar is located in the cutout for the reason, if the first engaging member and the second engaging member are in line, the slide bar may be pulled out from the opening of the hook. Therefore, even if the slide bar is pressed in an unexpected situation, the first engaging member and the second engaging member are not disengaged, and the operation is reliable.
Further, since both ends of the belt are engaged by engagement of the slide bar of the first engaging member and the hook of the second engaging member, it is not necessary to form holes in the belt, and the belt is not required to be formed. There is no concern that the strength of
