ようにしたので、濾材1の下端部の開閉構造が非
常に簡単なものとなる。また、振動付与シリンダ

1、第2閉塞シリンダ3,5及び押圧シリンダ4
は空気シリンダでも油圧シリンダでも良いととも
に、他の公知の駆動手段により同様な作用を行わ
