で、戸本体２が凸湾曲するがわに湾曲補強バー６が向く
ように戸を施工することによって、戸本体２が凸湾曲状
に反るのを効果的に防止することが出来る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

この考案は、家具の扉や玄関扉等の戸に関する。

【従来技術の欠点】
従来の戸、殊にむくの木からなる戸は、季節変化や室温変化等に伴う温度・湿 度の変化を受けて、表裏いずれか一方のがわに凸湾曲状に反るという欠点があっ た。

【前記欠点を解消するための手段】
この考案は前記欠点を解消するために以下の如き手段を採用した。 この考案は、戸本体の表裏側に上下方向に渡るようにして当てられた表裏一対 の上下方向に長い補強バーによって戸本体が挟持されており、前記表裏いずれか 一方の補強バーの上下端に、高さ方向中央部が戸本体から一番離れる方向に撓ま された上下方向に長い湾曲補強バーの上下端が渡し止められているものである。

【考案の作用】
この考案は以下の如き作用をなすものである。 表裏一対の補強バー及び湾曲補強バーの協働によって、湾曲補強バーが設けら れた側に戸本体が凸湾曲状に反るのを防止することが出来る。

【実施例】
以下にこの考案を図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。 上下方向に長い表裏一対の金属製の補強バー３が戸本体２の表裏側の左右一側 部に上下方向に渡るようにして当てられ、これら表裏の補強バー３は高さ方向に 所要個のねじ４によって戸本体２を挟持するように連結されている。 前記表側の補強バー３の上下端に、高さ方向中央部が戸本体２から離れる方向 に撓まされた上下方向に長い金属製の湾曲補強バー６の上下端が、溶接等の手段 によって渡し止められている。前記湾曲補強バー６は把手としても機能するもの である。 前記湾曲補強バー６の高さの中央と補強バー３とは連結リブ７によって連結さ れている。

【考案の効果】
この考案は、前記した如き構成によって、以下の如き効果を奏するものである 。 表裏一対の補強バーによって戸本体が挟持されると共に、高さ方向中央部が戸 本体から離れる方向に撓まされた湾曲補強バーによって戸本体が湾曲補強バーと 逆側に凸湾曲する方向に力を受けるので、戸本体が凸湾曲するがわに湾曲補強バ ーが向くように戸を施工することによって、戸本体が凸湾曲状に反るのを効果的 に防止することが出来る。

    る方向に撓まされた上下方向に長い湾曲補強バーの上下
    端が渡し止められている戸。
