However, woven and non-woven fabrics are opaque, have poor printability, and have high material costs. In addition, those using kraft paper are inferior in water resistance and are opaque.Since it is necessary to apply a backside treatment agent such as silicone which gives easy peeling property, it is poor in writability and the strength of tape-to-tape lamination. Has a weakness that is low. The latter problem seems to be solved by increasing the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, but there is a limit because increasing the adhesive strength peels the silicone layer from the substrate.

As shown in FIG. 1, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive (2) to one surface of a plastic film (1) and winding the roll on a roll, tearing start points ( 4) is provided.

When it is 0 kg / 15 mm or less, the tear initiation point is a non-through hole, and it may be provided about 5 mm inside from the edge of the base film. If the tensile strength exceeds 10 kg / 15 mm, the tear start point may be provided as a through hole at a position about 2 mm inside from the edge of the film. When high tearability is desired,
Further, a notch may be provided at the end of the film. The shape of the hole may be circular, triangular, or any shape that is convenient for drilling, and the shape of the notch may be V-shaped or U-shaped.

It is preferably within 0.5 mm, more preferably within 0.2 mm. If it is too large, the tape may be inadvertently broken, while even if it is small, the tearability does not change much.

テープを製造することが可能である。The material film has an appropriate tensile strength,
Moreover, a plastic film having excellent tear propagation in the width direction is preferable. The tensile strength required for adhesive tape is generally 2.5 to 6 kg / 15 mm for light packaging, 6 to 15 kg / 15 mm for medium to heavy packaging, and 15 kg for heavy packaging.
/ 15 mm or more. A specific material is, for example, a polyester film, a polypropylene film, or a polyamide film, and among those biaxially stretched, those having a tensile strength of 8 kg / mm 2 or more in the longitudinal direction and the width direction have a tear propagation property. It is preferable in terms of tensile strength.
If the thickness of the film is too thin, handling is inconvenient, and if it is too thick, the flexibility of the tape decreases and the film becomes bulky. Therefore, it is preferable to select from a range of 0.05 to 0.2 mm. By using the material film having the above tensile strength and thickness, the tensile strength is reduced by 5 even if the tear initiation point is provided.
Since it is about 50%, it is possible to manufacture an adhesive tape having a desired tensile strength.

By forming such a resin layer, it is possible to flatten even when the tear start point rises somewhat, and even if the adhesive easily flows through the tear start point to the non-coated surface, it is prevented. it can. Further, in the case of printing a biaxially stretched film, the above resin layer serves as a protective layer against printing. Further, it is possible to control the rewinding property of the tape and the stacking strength.

For laminating these resins, known methods such as extrusion coating laminating method and dry laminating method can be used.

The polyvinyl chloride resin is preferably a soft one, and a linear low-density polyethylene layer or polypropylene layer may be provided especially when heat resistance and strength are required.
Further, a coloring agent, a weather resistance stabilizer, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a filler and the like may be added to these polyolefin resins and polyvinyl chloride resins as long as the performance of the adhesive tape is not impaired.

Non-through holes of about 0.45 mm were provided at intervals of 5 mm in the longitudinal direction. The non-through holes are provided in two rows at both ends of the film and three rows at each position that divides the film into ten equal parts in the width direction, and the distance between the rows is set to 2.5 mm.

We compared hand-cutability, writability with an oil-based felt-tip pen, transparency, water resistance and economy. The 180 ° peeling adhesion strength to the back surface is used as a test for evaluating the stacking property. The results are shown in Table 1.

The tear strength was measured without making cuts on the test piece, and therefore JIS-Z0 was used with two auxiliary tapes.
The test was performed according to 237. However, Comparative Example 4 was excluded because it is difficult to perform this measurement. Regarding writability, ○ was given when the characters could be clearly written with an oil-based felt-tip pen on the non-adhesive surface side and could be read, and x was not so. Regarding the layering ability,
Those having an adhesive strength of 100 to 1000 g / 25 mm were evaluated as ◯, and those outside this range were evaluated as x. Regarding the water resistance, the tape having a tensile strength of 70% or more of the tensile strength before immersion even after being immersed in water for 24 hours was evaluated as O, and the tape having a tensile strength lower than this ratio was evaluated as X. Regarding economy, Comparative Example 3 was evaluated as ◯ and Comparative Example 2 was evaluated as x, and this was used as a standard to determine which one was closer to the other.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes of Comparative Example 2 were attached to the non-adhesive surface side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes of 3 and 3, and the same stacking test as above was performed. Further, the adhesive tapes of Comparative Example 4 were also adhered to the adhesive tapes of Example 3 and Comparative Example 4 and the same layering test as above was performed. Table 2 shows the adhesive strength of each adhesive tape.
