(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a wooden pedestal such as a wooden pedestal, a pedestal, and a chair, whose folding legs are stable without supporting beams and have sufficient bearing capacity. [Structure] A longitudinal frame 2, 2 and a lateral beam 3, 3 are assembled to the four-sided edge portions of a bottom surface 1a of a rectangular base portion 1 to form an enclosure frame 4, and both longitudinal end portions in the enclosure frame 4 are formed. The two legs 5 with the connecting bars 5a along the lateral direction are rotatably pivotably attached to the bottom face 1a via pivot bolts 6 while allowing an open leg degree in the obtuse angle range. Corresponding to the inner side surface of the longitudinal crosspiece 2, that is, the end portion intersecting with the short crosspiece 3, in cooperation with the inner side wall of the short crosspiece 3, a part of the outer side of the two legs 5 is free while standing upright. It is a wooden pedestal with a folding leg configured by providing a notch groove 2a to be fitted. [Advantageous Effects] The two legs 5 are erected, and the bolts 6 are fastened in the notches 2a so that the folding two legs 5 in the obtuse angled leg state are prevented from falling and are stable, and the notches 2a are provided. A large proof stress can be obtained by supporting two diagonal points A and B inside.
Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a pedestal such as a pedestal with wooden folding legs, a stand, and a chair.
【0002】[0002]
Although it is easy to manufacture wooden pedestals with fixed legs, there is a problem with safety and strength in forming the legs into a folding structure, unlike Torenia with metal legs, and some kind of reinforcement support measures must be taken. I have to. On the other hand, attaching a metal support beam that connects the left and right folding legs to each other in the open state ruins the goodness of the wooden structure.
【0003】[0003]
This invention provides a base with folding legs that is made entirely of wood and that has sufficient safety and proof strength without the need for additional reinforcements.
【0004】[0004]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention forms the enclosure frame 4 by assembling the longitudinal bars 2, 2 and the lateral bars 3, 3 at the four-sided corresponding edge portions of the bottom surface 1a of the rectangular base 1. Then, the two legs 5 with connecting bars 5a along the transverse direction inner direction are bent at both ends in the longitudinal direction in the enclosure frame 4 through the pivot bolts 6 while allowing the open degree in the obtuse angle range with the bottom face 1a. Pivot freely. Further, at the inner side surface of the longitudinal bar 2 corresponding to the pivotally connecting portion, that is, at the end portion intersecting with the latitudinal bar 3, in cooperation with the inner side wall of the latitudinal bar 3, the standing state of the two legs 5 is established. Then, a cutout groove 2a is formed so that a part of its outer side is loosely fitted to form a wooden pedestal with folding legs.
【0005】[0005]
After loosening the pivot bolt 6 from the folded state of FIGS. 3 to 5, the two legs 5 are erected up to a substantially vertical position as shown in FIG. 6, and first, the pivotal attachment portion of one leg is fitted into the notch groove 2a. Then, the bottom surface 1a is set to an obtuse angle open leg degree, and the pivot bolt 6 is tightened. Then, the leg on the opposite side is slightly pushed open to fit the pivotally attached portion into the notch groove 2a on the opposite side, and the pivot bolt 6 is tightened in the same manner as described above. The state at this time is shown in FIGS. 2 and 7. As a result, the leg is given a large proof strength by diagonally supporting the two points in the cutout groove 2a, that is, the bottom corner A of the short bar 3 and the corner B of the cutout groove 2a at the diagonal position, and the cutout groove 2a. The corner point C at the bottom of the side wall of 2a prevents the leg from collapsing inside (Fig. 8). When the point A wears due to the load caused by use, the supporting point shifts from A to D. In this case as well, the diagonal supporting relationship with B is maintained (FIG. 8).

1, 2 and 3 show an embodiment of the pedestal. The whole is made of wood, and 1 is a slatted rectangular base part, and the long frame 2, 2 and the short frame 3, 3 are attached to the four-sided corresponding edge portions of the bottom surface 1a to form the enclosure frame 4. Then, the two legs 5 with connecting bars 5a along the transverse direction inner direction are bent at both ends in the longitudinal direction in the enclosure frame 4 through the pivot bolts 6 while allowing the open degree in the obtuse angle range with the bottom face 1a. It is hinged so that it can be folded freely. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the base end surfaces of the two legs 5 are formed in an arc shape so that they do not interfere with the rotation, and the nuts of the pivot bolts 6 use a butterfly nut 7. Tightening and loosening can be done manually. Further, the two legs 5 cooperate with the inner side wall of the short rail 3 at the inner side surface of the longitudinal rail 2, which corresponds to the pivotally connected portion by the pivot bolt 6, that is, the end portion intersecting with the short rail 3. In the upright state, a shallow notched groove 2a is provided so that a part of the outer side thereof is loosely fitted to form an edge stand with folding legs. The open state is shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 6, 7, and 8, and the folded state is shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5.
