(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a method for laying this type of duct has been to surround a unit member b formed into a hollow square with a rectangular cross section by surrounding the four sides (top, bottom, left and right) with an iron plate a. It is known that a duct main body d formed by connecting via a connecting flange c at the end is suspended from a ceiling surface g of a slab f via a hanging device e.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, a structure in which an iron plate i is attached as a bottom plate between left and right duct side walls h formed integrally with a slab f is also known.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the former case, the conventional duct installation method requires installing a bulky unit member b made of iron plate on the ceiling surface g above the worker, which makes the work difficult. It is difficult to do this, and extra space A is created between the ceiling surface g and the duct body d due to the connection flange c.
This has disadvantages such as having an adverse effect on the floor height or ceiling height.

In the latter case, although there is no effect of the floor height or ceiling height, it is extremely difficult to form the side wall h with concrete integrally with the slab f, and it is also difficult to change the duct piping design. There are other inconveniences.

(Means for Solving the Problems) An object of the present invention is to provide a method for laying a duct that eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages. After attaching the frame body formed by arranging long frame rods along each edge of the long sides of the three-dimensional object to the ceiling surface, a wall body is attached to the remaining outer surface of the frame body excluding the ceiling surface. It is characterized by being stretched.

(Embodiment) FIGS. 1 and 2 show a duct laid by an embodiment of the method of the present invention, and in the figures, 1a indicates the ceiling surface of the slab 1. First, four frame rods 2 made of long angle members are arranged along each edge of the long side of the solid body, and these frame rods 2 are formed into a frame body 4 having a rectangular cross section via connecting members 3. , the frame body 4 is attached tightly to the ceiling surface 1a by welding the upper two frame rods 2 to the bolts 5 planted in the ceiling surface 1a, and the frame body 4 is attached to the ceiling surface 1a of the frame body 4. A heat insulating wall body 6 made of laminated Keikal board 6a, plaster board 6b, and vinyl cloth 6c was placed on the remaining three outside surfaces that were not facing, and was installed in a duct running vertically in the center of the ceiling surface 1a.

Instead of the above embodiment, in another embodiment, as shown in the third diagram, the ceiling surface 1a and the chamber wall surface 8 are utilized, and the same frame body 4 as described above is positioned on the ceiling surface 1a side and the chamber wall surface 8 side. By welding the three frame rods 2 to the bolts 5 planted in the ceiling surface 1a and the room wall surface 8, the frame rods 2 are attached in close contact with the ceiling surface 1a and the room wall surface 8. The wall body 6 is stretched only on the remaining two surfaces that do not face the wall surface 8. In addition, the ceiling surface 1a and the room wall surface 8 inside the duct
Insulating material 7 was pasted on.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, after the frame body formed by arranging the long frame rods along each ridge of the long sides of the three-dimensional object is attached to the ceiling surface, Since the wall is attached to the outer surface of the frame, the wall can be attached to the ceiling via the frame. A highly durable duct can be easily laid on the surface, and since the side edges of the wall are directly attached to the long frame rods, the side edges of the wall have excellent impact resistance and can be easily used during use. Since the side edges are not damaged, there is no risk of air passing through the duct leaking from the side edges of the wall, and there is no risk of reducing the floor height or ceiling height. have
