そのため筆記体(レフイール)を本体と別にして
アルミのホイール等に包んで売つているので消費
者は買う前に試し書きできないという問題点があ
つた。また後者は、乾燥防止機構として各種のも
のを採用しているが、いずれもシール性が不充分
で、やはり筆記体(レフイール)を別包みにして
売つている上、部品点数が多く組立てが大変で非
常に高価なものとなる欠点があつた。

本出願人は、これまでにもシール性が良好で、

のを開発したが、第一のものと同様に摺動筒があ
る上、シール筒、シール蓋及び筆記体を前進後退
させる機構を設けているためコストがやや高くな
り、しかも摺動筒があるので外観を損うという問
題点があつた(特開昭60−105599号公報参照)。
また第三のものとして方向性がなく摺動筒のない
ものを開発したが、このものはシール蓋をシール
筒に密着させる機構やシール蓋裏面の溝の作成に
かなりのコストがかかり、また先端形状をシヤー
プにできないという欠点を持つていた(特開昭60
−58896号公報参照)。

ール蓋を開閉自在に取付け、筆記体の先端筆記部
をシール筒内に収納したときの筆記体の空気孔よ
り後方のシール筒内もしくは本体内に弾性部材よ
りなるシール体を設け、先端筆記部、空気孔を有
する筆記体を本体内に収容し、かつ該筆記体を前
進させて先端筆記部を本体先端から出した筆記状
態にしたり、後退させて先端筆記部をシール筒内
に引つこませた収納状態にしたりする前進後退機
構(ノツク式でも回転式でもよい)を設け、前記
シール蓋付近には糸状部材(ストツパー及び摩擦
抵抗部分を含む)の通過を許しシール蓋開口方向
に糸状部材をガイドする前方ガイド体を取付け、
一方、筆記体の後方部分には該後方部分を貫通す
る中心穴や糸状部材を折返し方向にガイドする小
穴もしくは凹部、必要に応じて突起等を設けた後
方ガイド体を本体内にほぼ固定して取付け、一部
にストツパーを有し且つ該ストツパー付近もしく
は全部に前記シール蓋の小穴もしくは凹部等に対
して摩擦抵抗を有する部分を設けた糸状部材の一
端を筆記体と連動する部材に固定し、該糸状部材
の他端を、シール筒、シール蓋、前方ガイド体、
シール筒反対側、後方ガイド体を経て一巡してか
ら筆記体と連動する部材に固定し、シール筒を通
過しシール蓋の小穴もしくは凹部等を通過したと
ころに上記ストツパーを配置するようにして、筆
記体収納時には、上記糸状部材のストツパーと筆
記体と連動する部材の後退力とにより糸状部材を
介してシール蓋をシール筒先端に密着させ、筆記
体の前進時には、シール蓋と糸状部材と摩擦抵抗
部分との摩擦抵抗によりシール蓋を開かせるよう
にしたことを特徴としている。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 本体内に、筆記体の前方部分が出没する透通
孔を有するシール筒を設け、該シール筒と本体間
に糸状部材を通過させる手段を設けるとともに、
該糸状部材の摩擦抵抗部分の通過は許すがストツ
パーの通過を阻止する部分を有するシール蓋を前
記シール筒の先端孔付近に開閉自在に取付け、筆
記体収納時の空気孔より後方の本体内にシール体
を設け、また本体内に先端筆記部、空気孔を有す
る筆記体を収容するとともに該筆記体を筆記状
態、収納状態とする前進後退機構を設け、前記シ
ール蓋付近には糸状部材の通過を許しシール蓋を
開口方向にガイドする前方ガイド体を取付け、一
方、筆記体の後方部分の本体内に糸状部材を折返
し方向にガイドする後方ガイド体を設け、糸状部
材の一端を筆記体と連動する部材に固定し、他端
をシール筒、シール蓋、前方ガイド体、シール筒
反対側、後方ガイド体を経て一巡してから該筆記
体と連動する部材に固定し、筆記体収納時には筆
記体と連動する部材の後退力と糸状部材のストツ
パとによりシール蓋をシール筒先端に密着させ、
筆記体の前進時にはシール蓋と糸状部材の摩擦抵
抗部分との摩擦抵抗によりシール蓋を開かせるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする乾燥防止機構を有する
