きず、ラインの自動化を妨げると共に、ラインの
汎用性が悪くなるという問題点を有していた。

本発明の一実施例を第1図乃至第4図に基づい
て説明する。即ち、四角形の額縁状を呈する治具
枠10に挾持されたプリント配線基板等の被処理
物Aと該被処理物Aの両処理面側に位置する前後
1対のマスキング板Bとは持ち運びができる搬送
枠20にクリツプ型の6個の治具30を介して
夫々取付けられている。前記治具枠10は主枠1
1と、開閉枠12と、これらの下辺両端に設けら
れ、前記開閉枠12を開閉させる丁番13と、主
枠11の上辺両端に位置し、開閉枠12を閉じた
際、この開閉枠12を主枠11に止めるストツパ
14とから成つている。そして、前記治具枠10
は前記開閉枠12をその開く方向へ反らし、開閉
枠12が閉じた際、弾性力により被処理物Aを押
圧することで、該被処理物Aを主枠11と開閉枠
12との間で確実に挾持させる様にしている。更
に、前記主枠11の内面には複数の突起11aが
突設されると共に、前記開閉枠12の内面には該
突起11aと対応し、突起11aが嵌入する穴部
12aが夫々設けられ、突起11aが被処理物A
に穿設された規準孔aに係合して被処理物Aの位
置決め更には搬送時のずれを防止している。前記
ストツパ14は主片14aと止片14bとから成
り、該主片14aと止片14bとは主枠11の上
辺両端部に軸14cにより夫々軸支され、主片1
4aと止片14bの回動により前記開閉枠12の
上辺両端部を挟持できるようにされている。ま
た、前記丁番13は前後1対の取付板13aと、
軸13bと、該軸13bを受ける軸受13cとか
ら成つており、前記前後1対の取付板13aは主
枠11と開閉板12との夫々下辺両端部に固着さ
れると共に、前記軸13bにより軸支されてい
る。尚、15は治具枠10の開閉用フツクであ
る。更に、前記搬送枠20は治具30が固着され
る支持枠21と、処理槽(図示せず)に懸架され
る1対の取付枠22と、該取付枠22と支持枠2

に挟持できるようにしたので、該マスキング板と
被処理物とは共に搬送ができ且つ前記被処理物及
びマスキング板の取付け、取外しが容易になる。
そのため、被処理物に適合した固有のマスキング
板の交換が自動化できると共に、該自動化によつ
て、マスキング板の交換を任意の場所で行なうこ
とができ、生産ラインに汎用性をもたせることが
できる。従つて、作業性が向上できると共に、コ
スト低減ができ、更には量産化ができる等の効果
がある。
