Model gun magazines can hold multiple bullets. The bullets loaded in the magazine are pushed out elastically by a spring. In order to use a spring to push out bullets one by one, the magazine stores bullets in a row. Magazines with this structure require the bullets to be forced into the magazine. This is because it is necessary to compress the spring of the magazine when pushing in the bullet. Therefore, there is a drawback that loading bullets requires considerable effort. To load bullets into a magazine without using a bullet loading device, it is necessary to push the bullets in one at a time to compress the spring. This method has the disadvantage that loading is extremely time consuming. To overcome this drawback, bullet loading devices have been developed. Bullet loading devices currently in use have a mechanism in which a push rod is inserted into a cylindrical casing. This ammunition loading device is used in the following conditions. Put the bullet into the casing while pulling the extrusion rod under tension. In this state, a plurality of bullets are loaded into the casing in a row. In order to force bullets from the casing into the magazine, the open end of the casing of the bullet loading device is placed against the bullet filling hole of the magazine. In this state, the push rod is pushed into the cylindrical casing, forcing the bullet inside to be pushed out and pushed into the magazine.

A bullet loading device with this structure has the advantage of being able to load bullets faster than loading bullets one by one by hand. However, this structure of the bullet loading device has the drawback that it takes time and effort to load the bullet into the cylindrical casing. In this way, it takes time and effort to load bullets into a magazine, so multiple magazines are used with model guns. That is, when loading bullets, a plurality of magazines are loaded together, and when using a model gun, each time a magazine's bullets are fired, another magazine is loaded into the model gun. There is no need to use multiple magazines in a model gun if the magazine can be loaded easily and quickly. This is because each time a bullet is fired from the magazine, it can be loaded in a short time. By the way, a magazine that can easily fill a large number of bullets and supply them one by one has been developed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1999).
-186797). The magazine described in this publication has a structure in which bullets are supplied one by one when the trigger is pulled. In order to supply bullets one by one, a gear-shaped forced extrusion member is provided. The forced extrusion member is adapted to be rotated by a certain angle when the trigger is pulled. A magazine with this structure has the advantage of being able to easily fill a large number of bullets. However, with this structure, it is necessary to connect the drive mechanism of the forced extrusion member to the trigger and attach/detach it to the gun, making the structure of the connecting part complicated. Furthermore, the magazine of the model gun needs to have the same external shape as the actual gun, but a complicated magazine that incorporates a forced extrusion member and its drive mechanism has the disadvantage of having a large external size. This invention was developed with the aim of solving these shortcomings, and the important purpose of this invention is to easily and easily load bullets into the magazine of a model gun in an extremely short time. To provide a bullet loading device for loading bullets. Another important object of this invention is to provide a bullet loading device that can load model guns in a short time using a single magazine.

Hereinafter, embodiments of this invention will be described based on the drawings. However, the embodiments shown below are illustrative of a device for embodying the technical idea of this invention, and the device of this invention differs from the material, shape, and shape of the component parts.
The structure and arrangement are not limited to those shown below.
Various modifications may be made to the device of this invention within the scope of the claims for utility model registration. Furthermore, in order to make it easier to understand the scope of claims for utility model registration, this specification includes numbers corresponding to the members shown in the examples in the "column of claims for utility model registration",
Additional notes are added to the members shown in the "Column of Means for Solving Conventional Problems" and the "Column of Functions and Effects."
However, the members shown in the scope of the utility model registration claims are by no means limited to the members of the embodiments. The bullet loading device for loading bullets into the magazine of the model gun shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 includes a casing 1,
It includes a forced extrusion member 2 and a deceleration motor 3. However, FIG. 1 shows the main parts of the apparatus shown in FIG. 4. The casing 1 is entirely molded from synthetic resin. The casing 1 consists of two separately molded case pieces that are fixed to each other, and includes a storage chamber 4 for storing a large number of bullets, and a rotation path 5 in which the forced extrusion member 2 is rotatably disposed. and an extrusion path 6 for sending out the bullets side by side. The storage chamber 4 has a volume capable of storing a large number of bullets, for example, several tens to hundreds of bullets. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2, the width d of the storage chamber 4 is adjusted to be somewhat larger than the diameter of the bullet and smaller than twice the diameter of the bullet. This is because, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the bullets are stored in a single plane. Bullets stored in a single plane have the advantage of being able to be smoothly supplied to the rotating path without becoming brittle. As shown in FIG. 4, at the opening of the storage chamber 4,
An opening/closing lid 8 for supplying bullets is provided. The bullets stored in the storage chamber 4 are arranged in a line and fed into the rotation path 5. Therefore, storage room 4
As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom part is tapered downward. The rotation path 5 is connected to the bottom of the storage chamber 4. The rotation path 5 includes a rotating forced extrusion member 2
The bullets are arranged in a line and transferred to the extrusion path 6. The rotation path 5 has an arc shape so that the forced extrusion member 2 rotating in the rotation path can transport the bullets in a line. The width of the rotation path 5 is equal to the width of the storage chamber 4, and the inner diameter is adjusted to a length that allows the bullet to be transferred in the insertion chamber of the forced extrusion member 2. The rotation path 5 pushes out the bullets taken in from the storage chamber 4 to the extrusion path 6 without returning them to the storage chamber 4.
In other words, in order to partition the extrusion path 6 and the storage chamber 4, the arc-shaped rotation path 5 is partially provided with a partition wall 7. The partition wall 7 is provided at the boundary between the rotation path 5 and the extrusion path 6. The portion of the rotation path where the partition wall 7 is provided has a width that is 0.1 to several mm larger than the thickness of the forced extrusion member 2, in which the forced extrusion member 2 can rotate but the bullet cannot pass therethrough so that bullets cannot pass therethrough.
It is wide and adjusted to be narrower than the diameter of the bullet. Bullets are supplied to the extrusion path 6 from the rotation path 5. Therefore, the extrusion path 6 is connected to the discharge side of the rotation path 5 and connected to the storage chamber 4 via the rotation path 5. The extrusion path 6 is made thick enough to transport the bullets in a line so that the bullets can be fed into the magazine one by one, in other words, 0.2 to several mm larger than the outer diameter of the bullets. A sensor member 12 is provided at the tip of the extrusion path 6 to allow the bullet to be smoothly pushed into the magazine. The sensor member 12 is formed into a nozzle shape. When the forced extrusion member 2 rotates in the rotation path 5, the bullets are arranged and transferred around the outer periphery. Therefore, a fitting chamber is provided on the outer periphery of the forced extrusion member 2. The insertion chambers of the forced extrusion member 2 are adjusted at intervals that allow the bullet to be inserted and transferred. The insertion chamber is, for example, 0.2 to several mm larger than the diameter of the bullet so that the bullet can be smoothly guided there. The forced extrusion member 2 is rotated by a deceleration motor 3. Therefore, the rotating shaft 9 is located at the center of the forced extrusion member 2.
is fixed, and this rotating shaft 9 is connected to the output shaft of the deceleration motor 3. The deceleration motor 3 rotates the forced extrusion member 2 in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure. The forced extrusion member 2 rotated in this direction sends out the bullets in the storage chamber 4 from the rotation path to the extrusion path 6. The forced extrusion member 2 arranges bullets one by one and forcibly extrudes them one after another. Once the magazine is loaded with bullets, the bullets are no longer pushed out from the extrusion path 6. In this state, the forced extrusion member 2 cannot rotate.
Utilizing this fact, the deceleration motor 3 can be automatically stopped when the magazine is loaded with bullets. A mechanism for achieving this is shown in FIG. The bullet loading device shown in this figure has a deceleration motor 3
is attached to the casing 1 so that it can be rotated somewhat. A deceleration motor 3 and a casing 1 are connected by a spring 10. Further, when the deceleration motor 3 is rotated by the reaction of the forced extrusion member 2,
A limit switch 11 is disposed at a position where a plunger, which is a contact switching member, is pushed. In the bullet loading device having this structure, the rotation of the deceleration motor 3 is stopped when the magazine is loaded with bullets under the following conditions. When the forced ejection member 2 rotates to push bullets into an empty magazine, the deceleration motor 3 is in the position shown in FIG. 3. Once the magazine is loaded with bullets, the bullets cannot be pushed out from the extrusion path 6. In this state, the forced extrusion member 2 cannot rotate. When the forced extrusion member 2 becomes unable to rotate, the deceleration motor 3 is rotated in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 3 as a reaction. When the deceleration motor 3 is rotated in this direction, one spring 10 is elastically expanded. When the deceleration motor 3 is turned in the direction of the arrow,
The contact switching member of the limit switch 11 is pressed. The limit switch 11 is connected to the deceleration motor 3 so that the rotation of the deceleration motor 3 is stopped when the contact switching member is pressed. Therefore, in the bullet loading device having this structure, when a bullet cannot be pushed out from the extrusion path 6 after loading a bullet into the magazine, the rotation of the deceleration motor 3 is automatically stopped. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a sensor member 12 is disposed at the tip of the extrusion path 6 so as to be movable in the axial direction,
It is also possible to forcibly stop the operation of the motor by turning on and off the limit switch 13 by the movement of the sensor member 12. Sensor member 12
is pushed out by a coil spring 14. The sensor member 12 is inserted into a cylindrical body fixed to the tip of the extrusion path 6 so as to be freely removable and removable. The coil spring 14 is inserted between the cylindrical body and the sensor member 12. The bullet loading device having this structure presses the nozzle-shaped sensor member 12 against the magazine when loading bullets into the magazine. In this state, coil spring 1
4 is compressed, and the sensor member 12 is pressed toward the extrusion channel 6. When the bullets are pushed out one after another from the extrusion path 6 and the magazine of the gun is full,
Casing 1 is pushed by the reaction of the bullet. When the casing 1 is pushed, the extrusion path 6 is substantially extended in length, and the sensor member 12 is extruded from the extrusion path 6. When the sensor member 12 is pushed out, the limit switch 13 to which a plunger, which is a contact switching member, is connected is turned off, and the rotation of the motor connected thereto is stopped. A bullet loading device that loads bullets into a magazine having this structure loads bullets into the magazine in the following manner. The bullet loading device shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 loads bullets into a magazine in the following conditions. The storage chamber 4 of the casing 1 is filled with bullets. The bullets you put in here don't need to be placed side by side, nor do you need to push them in. It can be poured into the storage chamber 4 through the supply hole. The tip of the sensor member 12 provided in the extrusion path 6 is connected to the bullet supply hole of the magazine so that bullets can be pushed into the magazine from the bullet loading device. The forced extrusion member 2 is rotated by the deceleration motor 3. When the forced extrusion member 2 is rotated, the bullets flow into the insertion chamber on the outer periphery, where they are arranged in a line and sent out through the rotation path to the extrusion path 6. Bullets are sent out one after another in a line from the rotation path to the extrusion path 6. The bullets pushed out from the tip of the sensor member 12 of the push-out path 6 are pushed out one by one and supplied to the magazine. In this state, a bullet loading device capable of supplying bullets to the magazine can load bullets by applying the tip of the extrusion path 6 to the bullet supply hole of the magazine and rotating the deceleration motor 3. Furthermore, in the bullet loading device shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotation of the motor is automatically stopped when the magazine is completely filled with bullets. In the bullet loading device shown in FIG. 3, the rotation of the motor is stopped in the following conditions. When pushing a bullet into an empty magazine, the deceleration motor 3 rotates relatively lightly. Therefore, the motor 3 is in the position shown in FIG. Once the magazine is loaded with bullets, the bullets cannot be pushed out from the tip of the extrusion path 6. In this state, the motor rotates more slowly. When the rotation of the motor increases, the motor 3 is rotated in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 3 as a reaction. When the deceleration motor 3 is turned in the direction of the arrow,
The contact switching member of the limit switch 11 is pressed. The limit switch 11 is connected to the deceleration motor 3 so as to stop the rotation of the deceleration motor 3 when the contact switching member is pressed. Therefore, in the bullet loading device having this structure, when a bullet cannot be pushed out from the extrusion path 6 after loading a bullet into the magazine, the rotation of the deceleration motor 3 is automatically stopped. Furthermore, in the bullet loading device shown in FIG. 4, the operation of the motor is stopped when loading of bullets is completed under the following conditions. When loading bullets into the magazine, sensor member 1
Press 2 onto the magazine. In this state, the sensor member 12 is pushed toward the extrusion path 6 and is expanded and contracted. The motor rotates, and bullets are pushed out one after another from the extrusion path 6, filling the magazine of the gun with bullets. When the magazine is completely filled with bullets, the casing 1 is pushed by the reaction force that pushes out the bullets. When the casing 1 is pushed, the extrusion path 6 becomes substantially elongated, and the sensor member 12 is extruded from the extrusion path 6. When the sensor member 12 is pushed out from the extrusion path 6, the limit switch 13 to which the contact switching member is connected is turned off. When the limit switch is turned off, the motor connected to it stops rotating.

As described above, the bullet loading device of this invention, which can load bullets into the magazine of a model gun, has the advantage of being able to load bullets into the magazine simply and easily, and in a short time. This feature is realized by a configuration in which the forced extrusion member 2 arranges the bullets stored separately in a line, and further pushes out the lined-up bullets one by one and supplies them to the magazine. Therefore, when using the bullet loading device of this invention, one magazine is used for one model gun, and after firing bullets from the magazine, the magazine can be loaded with bullets in a short time and used again. . Furthermore, a notable feature of this invention is that the rotation of the motor is automatically stopped when the magazine is filled with bullets. It is also possible to manually stop the motor after the magazine is fully loaded. However, it is extremely difficult to operate the switch while holding the magazine in one hand and the bullet loading device in the other. Also,
If you don't turn off the motor switch immediately after loading bullets into the magazine, the bullets that are being sent out one after another will leak, and if you press the bullet loading device too hard against the magazine to prevent bullets from leaking, the motor and Unreasonable force was applied to the forced extrusion member, causing failure. The ammunition loading device of this invention has the advantage that the rotation of the motor is immediately stopped when the loading of the magazine is completed, so it does not have such drawbacks and can be used extremely conveniently. Furthermore, the bullet loading device of this invention is equipped with a sensor member in the extrusion path that sends the bullets into the magazine, and the sensor member is pushed out by the bullets filled in the magazine to operate the limit switch, or the casing is installed so that the motor can be rotated to some extent. The motor is rotated by the reaction force that pushes out the bullet, which activates the limit switch, which also stops the power supply to the motor. Therefore, the bullet loading device of this invention has an extremely simple structure and also has the feature of automatically stopping the rotation of the motor when the magazine is filled with bullets.
