この考案は、オートバイの燃料タンク取着構造

テーに、燃料タンクをボルトで締着している。
又、フレームの中央上部に設けたステーにクリー

クとクリーナーボツクスは、隣接していることに
なる。燃料タンクとクリーナーボツクスは、各々
の製作寸法誤差及び、フレームへの締着寸法誤差
を加味して、フレームに取着したとき、干渉し合
うことがないように隙間を設けた設計になつてい
る。クリーナーボツクスは、成るべく容積を大き
くしてボリユームによつて、吸気音の低減を図つ
ているが、前記隙間を設ける分だけ、容積が小さ
く制約される不都合がある。

差の集積を少くでき、燃料タンクとクリーナーボ
ツクスを最小の隙間で近づけることができる。こ
のため、クリーナーボツクスの容積を大きくでき
て、吸気消音効果の高いものにできる。又、ステ
ーを、フレームに設けるよりも突出長さを短くで
きて、軽量にできる。
