【目的】 夜間視認性を有する人工樹木を提供する。
【構成】 人工樹木１の枝部１１に、蓄光顔料を混入し
た塗料を塗布して発光部２を設ける。とくに屋外に設置
して夜間の都市の景観を美しくし、交通安全に役立て
る。

Description
【０００１】
本考案は屋外又は屋内に設置され、夜間視認性を有する蓄光性人工樹木に関す るものである。
【０００２】
従来、人工樹木は専ら自然の風合いにできるだけ近いように工夫されており、 夜間視認性についてはとくに何も施されていなかった。又、装飾用として電球、 発光ダイオード等の発光体が設けられた発光性造花が知られていた。
【０００３】
しかしながら、専ら自然の風合いにできるだけ近いようになされた人工樹木は 夜間視認性がないことから、屋外に設置しても夜間の景観向上や交通安全に寄与 できず、屋内においては停電時に人が人工樹木に気ずかずに接触、衝突して事故 を起こす危険性があった。又、発光性造花は発光体を有するために自然の風合い を損ないやすいと共に、発光のための電気配線、電源が必要であり、屋外に設置 し難くコスト的にも割高となる問題点があった。
【０００４】 本考案はかかる現状の問題点を解消した蓄光性人工樹木を提供することを目的 としている。
【０００５】
本考案蓄光性人工樹木は、人工樹木の一部又は全体に、蓄光顔料を混入した塗 料が塗布されて発光部が設けられたものである。

以下、図面を参照しながら本考案について説明する。 図面において、１は人工樹木であって、従来と同様の方法により作製されたも のであればよく、その形状、構造はとくに限定しない。例えば図１は人工樹木１ の一つの枝部１１を示し、この枝部１１が針金入りの樹脂線により形成され、葉 １２の部分がポリエステル等の繊維製不織布から形成されている。
【０００７】 ２は発光部であって、人工樹木１の一部又は全体に、蓄光顔料を混入した塗料 が塗布されて形成されている。この発光部２は、例えば人工樹木１の枝部１１（ 図１の斜線部分）にのみ上記塗料が塗布されて形成されてもよいし、人工樹木１ の幹部や葉１２にも塗料が塗布されて形成されてもよい。
【０００８】 上記塗料としては、その配合（重量％）が、アクリル樹脂、フッ素樹脂等の合 成樹脂３０％程度、硫化亜鉛等を主成分としてこれに銅、マンガン、鉛等の重金 属が添加された蓄光顔料３０％程度、シンナー等の溶剤４０％程度となされたも のが使用される。また、上記塗料の塗布厚みは０．１ｍｍ程度となされて発光部 ２が形成される。
【０００９】 本考案蓄光性人工樹木、すなわち発光部２を有する人工樹木１は、例えば図２ の如く道路３に沿って並んで設置されて都市景観を美しくするとともに交通安全 資材として使用されてもよいし、、公園や広場に植木として設置されてもよいし 、あるいは植木鉢等に植えられて屋内に設置されてもよい。

以上詳述した如く、本考案蓄光性人工樹木は、人工樹木に蓄光顔料を混入した 塗料が塗布されて発光部が設けられているので、発光部が照明や自動車のライト 等により発光し、夜間視認性を発揮する。従って、屋外に設置した場合には、夜 間における都市の景観を美しくしたり、交通安全に役立ち、屋内に設置した場合 には、従来の如く夜間停電時に人工樹木に接触、衝突するようなことがない。
【００１１】 また、従来の発光性造花の如く電気配線や電源がいらず、屋外に設置しやすい と共に、人工樹木の自然な風合いを損なうようなことがない。
