However, as in the conventional example, when the entire surface is heated using heat-retaining power, the amount of heating is too small to achieve sufficient heating, and the improvement in rice cooking performance is not sufficient.
Also, even after additional cooking, the food was not heated enough.

It is something that can be done. Furthermore, by applying electricity to the heating element of the lid during the cooking process, the additional cooking effect can be enhanced and the baking process can be realized. Also, cleaning becomes easier by processing the heat radiating surface with a slat or coating it with slat-containing ceramic.

First, water and rice (hereinafter referred to as food to be cooked) are put into the pot 26, and the pot is placed in a predetermined position in the heating space 34.The lid 28 is then closed and the rice cooking switch 36 is turned on. The heater 33 is energized and generates heat. In this way, the rice is cooked using the same principle as before. In this way, when the water at the bottom of the pot runs out, the bottom temperature 39 of the pot starts to rise. When the bottom temperature 39 of the pot reaches 130℃, turn off the rice cooking switch 36. After a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the rice cooking switch 36 is turned on for a certain period of time to perform additional cooking. After a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the rice cooking is completed.

ので良好な炊飯ができる。 The operation of the above embodiment will be explained in more detail. When the food is put in and cooking starts, the ambient temperature 40 becomes higher than the temperature 41 of the food due to the effect of the lid heater 33, and the temperature of the food is raised quickly. When the food boils and steam begins to come out, the ambient temperature 40 drops to 100°C, so only the bottom heater 24 heats the food from the lid heater 33, so the heating to the food is automatically turned off. This is the same as boiling down the boiling water, and therefore the boiling time for the cooked food becomes longer, making it possible to cook sweet and delicious rice. Furthermore, even at low temperatures, the atmosphere can be maintained at 100°C by the lid heater 33, allowing for good rice cooking.

のである。Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a rice cooking heater located at the bottom of a pot, a lid that can be opened and closed to seal the opening surface of the pot, and a heat radiation surface member attached to the lowest part of the lid. A heating element with a power of at least 1/10 or more than that of a rice-cooking heater is installed in close contact with the heat radiation, a heat insulating member is installed on the upper layer thereof, and the heat radiation surface is coated with a fluorine coating or a ceramic containing fluorine. As a result, during rice cooking, both the lid heater and the rice cooker heater raise the temperature uniformly and quickly until the food boils, and after boiling, the power of the lid heater is automatically turned down due to the steam coming out from the food. Since the boiling time of the cooked food is extended, the decomposition of amylase progresses, making it possible to cook sweet and delicious rice. In addition, by energizing the heater during steaming, the baking process can be realized, making it possible to cook delicious, glossy rice. Furthermore, by coating the heat radiating surface member with a sluice or a ceramic coat containing sluice, cleaning becomes easier.
なお、蓋ヒータの電力が少ないときには、加熱
空間の温度を上げることができず効果がない。 Note that when the power of the lid heater is low, the temperature of the heating space cannot be raised and there is no effect.
