Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate misrecognition caused by a suspended body and eliminate the need for maintenance by fitting a nozzle type cover to the tip part of a microscope lens and fitting air piping thereto. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle type cover 2 is fitted atop of a cylinder 7 which supports the microscope lens 1 while surrounding the cylinder 7, and the air piping 3 is fitted thereto. Air which produces positive pressure in the microscope lens cover 2 is sent out of the air piping 3 except in recognizing operation. The air is blown while increased in air amount so as to remove the suspended body from a work 4 to be recognized until the work 4 is set below the microscope lens 1 and recognition is completed. Consequently, no suspended body sticks and work blowing is performed by the same nozzle to stabilize the recognition. Further, the direction of the nozzle need not be adjusted and only the air is adjusted to improve the maintainability.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional microscope is provided with a microscope lens 1 and a microscope lens blow nozzle 5 for blowing the microscope lens 1 as shown in FIG. 4 and a work blow nozzle 6 for blowing 4. An air pipe 3 is connected to each of the blow nozzle microscope lens blow nozzle 5 and the work blow nozzle 6.

Air is constantly blown from the microscope lens blow nozzle 5 so that the floating substance does not adhere to the microscope lens 1 in an environment in which the floating substance floats. Moreover, in order to prevent the obstacle 4 from being recognized by the floating object until the workpiece 4 to be recognized is set under the microscope lens 1 and the recognition is completed,
Air is blown from the work blow nozzle 6 toward the recognition range of the work 4.

This conventional microscope has the following problems.
Since air was blown directly from each nozzle to the microscope lens or the work in the environment where the floating matter floats, the floating matter rides on the flow of the air current and adheres to the microscope lens or the work.
There are cases where recognition is not sufficient.

A nozzle type cover 2 is attached to the tip of a cylinder 7 supporting the microscope lens 1 so as to surround the cylinder 7, and an air pipe 3 is attached thereto. In addition to the recognition operation, air is supplied from the air pipe 3 so that the microscope lens cover 2 has a positive pressure. The work 4 to be recognized is set under the microscope lens 1 until the recognition is completed.
To remove the suspended matter above, increase the amount of air and spray.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the nozzle type microscope lens cover is attached and the air is sent to the inside of the cover to make the positive pressure, floating matters are eliminated and the work is blown with the same nozzle. It can be dealt with and the recognition becomes stable.
