A heating device, a sterilizing device for sterilizing hot water, and various devices for circulating hot water in the bath In the forced circulation line for hot water to be pumped up forcibly by the pump and discharged again into the bathtub It has been deployed.

[0004] In such a bathtub cleaning device, for example, the bathwater has fallen out. , Or air is sucked into the pipeline due to equipment damage or other reasons, and the hot water of the circulation pump is absorbed. When the capacity is reduced and hot water does not flow in the circulation path, resulting in water shortage There is.

[0005] If there is a water shortage in the circuit, naturally, the circulation pump runs dry and breaks. In addition, there is a risk that the heater for heating will be heated empty and damage the device or cause a fire. There is even steepness.

[0006] Conventionally, an abnormality detection device is used to prevent the accidents described above due to lack of water. [Problems to be solved by the device]

However, in the case of water shortage detection using conventional water flow sensors, During operation, the water flow sensor may become dirty and foreign matter may get caught, causing malfunction. There was a drawback to

[0008] In addition, the water flow sensor is not very sophisticated, so it can prevent clogging of the filter. The pressure may have decreased due to a lack of water, or due to a water shortage due to a device malfunction. It is difficult to identify whether the force has decreased, and since the control device is operating on the safe side, Even if the Luther is clogged to some extent, it is judged to be abnormal and the operation of the device is stopped. There was also a drawback that caused it.

[0009] Further, conventionally, as described above, the lack of water and the clogging of the filter cannot be distinguished and Therefore, as a matter of course, the fact that the filter is clogged is displayed on the display etc. I could not tell.

[0010] The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and accurately detects a water shortage to ensure safety. [Function of the device]

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the pressure inside the device causes a water shortage. Even if the filter is clogged, the specified pressure will be maintained unless normal conditions occur. , The lack of water can be accurately detected by providing a switch that operates in response to this pressure. I can know.

[0013] In addition, since the water flow sensor installed in the pipeline responds to the pressure of the water flow, the filter If the pressure becomes low due to clogging of the water supply, this can be detected. The clogging of the filter can be displayed based on the signal from the sensor.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

[0015] 1 is a bath with hot water 2 and 3 is a cleaning device, and dirt is filtered in the cleaning device 3. Filter for cleaning, activated stone for activation treatment, for adsorbing organic matter The processing tank 4 filled with activated carbon, the heater 6 for keeping heat, the circulation pump 7, etc. It is connected and deployed.

[0016] Reference numeral 8 denotes a hot water pipe connected to the processing tank 4 for pumping the hot water 2 in the bathtub 1. , A prefilter 9 is attached to the tip of the hot water pipe 8 to filter large dust. Has been done.

[0017] Reference numeral 10 is a spout pipe for spouting the hot water 2 after the cleaning treatment to the bathtub 1 again. A jet nozzle for ejecting the hot water 2 as a jet flow at the tip of the hot water pipe 10 Le 11 is attached.

[0018] 5 is a pressure switch that is activated by the pressure in the tank installed in the processing tank 4. Yes, 12 is a water flow sensor provided in the spout tube 11.

[0019] 13 is air in hot water for generating a jet flow connected to the jet nozzle 11. Is an air supply pipe for mixing air, and a solenoid valve 15 is provided at the tip of the air supply pipe 13. Intake with the connected ozone generator 14 and the solenoid valve 17 A pipe 16 is also connected, and by switching the solenoid valves 15 and 17, the jet nozzle 1 Ozone air is sent to 1 to give a sterilizing effect or send air for merely generating bubbles. Get drunk.

[0020] In the cleaning device configured as described above, the hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 is a circulating pump. After large dust is filtered from the hot water pipe 8 by the prefilter 9 by the operation of It is sucked up and circulates in the cleaning processing device 3 as shown by the arrow, but first, the processing tank Enter 4.

[0021] In the processing tank 4, dirt such as dust is removed by a filter and activated by activated stone. , A treatment for cleaning the adsorption of organic substances by activated carbon is performed, and then heat retention Air is supplied from the jet nozzle 11 via the spout tube 10 after being kept at a predetermined temperature by the heater 6. The ozone air supplied from the pipe 13 is jetted into the bathtub 1 for sterilization.

[0022] In this case, it is not preferable to eject ozone air into the bathtub 1 when taking a bath. By switching between the solenoid valves 15 and 17, mere air is sent from the air supply pipe 13. Thus, the bather should make the bubble bath easier.

[0023] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the cleaning treatment is collectively performed in the treatment tank 4, but, of course, filtration, Treatment tanks for activation, adsorption, etc. may be provided individually.

[0024] Next, the structure of the pressure switch 5 and the water flow sensor 12 and a cleaning device using the structure. The control of the device 3 will be described.

[0025] FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the structure of the water flow sensor 12. The reed switch shaft 23, the magnetized float 22, and the spring 24 urge the spring 24. The float switch 21, which is slidably mounted while receiving force, is vertically mounted. As shown by the arrow, the water is a water inlet 19 provided horizontally on the upper side surface. It comes in through the water outlet 20 that is vertically provided on the bottom.

[0026] Therefore, if the water flow sensor 12 is flowing water, the float 22 is The float switch 21 receives the pressure of the flow and moves downward against the urging force of the spring 24, It is turned on and becomes weak due to the flow of water disappearing or clogging of the filter. If it does, the float 22 will rise up by the urging force of the spring 24 and the float switch 21 is turned OFF, and ON-OFF of this float switch 21 is connected to the signal line 25. Therefore, it is sent to the control device.

[0027] FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the structure of the pressure switch 5. The pressure switch 5 is a processing tank. A sliding piece 29, which is urged downward by a spring 30, is slid onto a projecting port 28 provided at the bottom of the rack 4. After movably fitted, the tip of the rubber cap 31 is covered and the projection 28 A limit switch 27 is arranged at a position facing to the mounting plate 26 via a mounting plate 26. ing.

[0028] The pressure switch 5 configured as described above is used when the circulation pump 7 is not operated. Even if it is operated, if the air is flowing into the pipeline due to damage to the equipment, the processing tank Since the inside of the chamber 4 is under normal pressure, as shown in FIG. The limit switch 27 is turned off by the urging force of the When the ring pump 7 is activated, the processing tank 4 is located upstream of the circulation pump. As a result, a negative pressure state is reached, and the sliding piece 29 moves upward as shown in FIG. Switch 27 is turned on.

[0029] In the pressure switch 5, a sliding piece 30 is fitted in the projecting port 28 and a processing tank is provided. The limit switch 27 is operated in response to the pressure in 4. In order to make the operation of the switch 27 more accurate, the rubber cap 31 alone is used. Since it also moves up and down in response to the pressure in the processing tank 4, even if the sliding piece 29 is omitted. There is no obstacle.

[0030] Further, although the pressure switch 5 is provided in the processing tank 4 in the above embodiment, the circulation pump If it is provided on the upstream side of the pipe 7, it is the negative pressure of the pipeline as described above, and if it is provided on the downstream side, it is Since the operating state of the circulation pump 7 can be known from the positive pressure level, any position in the pipeline can be determined. It can be installed in the.

[0031] Next, based on the pressure switch 5 and the water flow sensor 13 by the flow chart of FIG. The control will be described.

[0032] There is no abnormality in the pipeline, the circulation pump operates normally, and the filter is clogged. In the state in which neither the pressure switch 5 nor the water flow sensor 12 is ON, In the state, the operation of the device is continued.

[0033] There is no abnormality in the pipeline and the circulation pump is operating normally, but the filter is clogged. The pressure switch 5 is kept in the ON state in the state where the water flow sensor 1 No. 2 is in the OFF state due to the decrease in the amount of water. Conventionally, the device was stopped. In the state of 2, although the clogging of the filter is displayed on the display device, Rolling can be continued.

[0034] Pressure switch 5 is off but water flow sensor 12 is on The third state that cannot be obtained is a malfunction of the pressure switch 5 or the water flow sensor 12 or a control device. Since it is an abnormality of the device itself, the abnormality is displayed on the display device and the operation of the device is stopped. Stop.

[0035] The circulation pump is not operating normally due to the inflow of air due to some abnormality in the pipeline. When the pressure in the pipeline rises and the pressure switch 5 turns off, the circulation pump Does not operate normally, the water flow stops and the water flow sensor 12 also turns off. In the fourth condition, which is a lack of water, the device must be stopped for safety. Since it is in a state, the water shortage is displayed on the display device and the operation of the device is stopped.
