There is a problem in that the vibrator is driven by the intuition of the worker in areas that cannot be seen at all, such as the bottom of the window frame, and as a result, the vibrator is not operated in areas that are not filled with concrete. When driven, there were cases where the formwork and shoring were adversely affected.

に基づいてなされることである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The automatic concrete compaction method of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned problems uses a vibrator attached to the outside of the formwork to move concrete poured into the formwork. This is a compaction method in which the vibrator is operated idly for a predetermined period of time before concrete is placed in the formwork, and the measured values of the vibration frequency or current/voltage are input into the control device as reference data. ,
When placing concrete in the formwork, a vibrator is driven intermittently for a predetermined period of time, and the vibration frequency or current/voltage is measured each time the vibrator is driven at the vibrator installation position, and these measurement data are obtained. and the reference data by the control device, and when the difference is at least 5% or more with respect to the reference data, the control device causes the vibrator to be driven continuously for a set time, and the vibration The continuous operation of the machine for a predetermined period of time is performed based on conditions stored in the control device.

Compare the measured data measured intermittently, and when the difference is at least 5% or more with respect to the standard data, the vibrator is automatically driven continuously for a set period of time. Concrete placed in the concrete can be automatically compacted under set conditions.

Therefore, the vibrator 2 is driven for a preset time, that is, 3 seconds, and then stopped, and then starts driving again after the set time, that is, 20 seconds, to continue the intermittent drive.

つてくる。 While the vibrator 2 continues to be driven intermittently, when the formwork 1 is gradually filled with concrete and reaches the set position of the vibrator 2, the formwork 1 itself is held down by the concrete, causing vibrations. The vibration of machine 2 is controlled. Then, the measurement data obtained by driving at this time becomes a value different from the reference data.

め固め方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A method of compacting concrete poured into a formwork using a vibrator attached to the outside of the formwork, the vibrator being compacted before the concrete is poured into the formwork. The vibrator is operated idly for a predetermined period of time, and the measured values of vibration frequency or current/voltage are input into the control device as reference data, and the vibrator is driven intermittently for a predetermined period of time when concrete is poured into the formwork. The vibration frequency or current/voltage is measured each time the vibrator is driven at the installation position of the vibrator, and the measured data is compared with the reference data by the control device. An automatic method for compacting concrete, characterized in that the vibrator is driven continuously for a set period of time by the control device when the concentration is 5% or more. 2. The automatic concrete compaction method according to claim 1, wherein the continuous driving of the vibrator for a predetermined period of time is performed based on conditions stored in a control device.
