BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, windows have been opened and closed using either a swing method or a slide method. However, even if attempts are made to improve ventilation, especially in high-rise buildings, some windows are constructed so that they do not open beyond a certain level to prevent windows from falling, but there is a problem in that sufficient ventilation cannot be achieved.

Therefore, a window as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-69533 is known. The window shown in the publication includes two upper and lower windows 31 and 32 that are connected to each other as shown in FIGS. When both windows 31 and 32 are bent in a dogleg shape and opened, the upper end of the upper window 31 touches the side frame 3 of the window mounting frame 34.
It is configured to slide down along the guide 35 of 4a.

Problems to be solved by the invention When the window shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-69533 is folded into a dogleg shape and opened, the upper window 31
The upper end descends, thereby forming openings 36, 37, 38 that serve as ventilation paths on both sides of the upper and lower windows 31, 32 and above the upper window 31, but depending on the size of the room, the size of the window, etc. In some cases, it may be desirable to form an opening to serve as a ventilation path under the lower window as well. By the way, in the window shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-69533, when both windows 31 and 32 are bent into a dogleg shape and opened, the lower end of the lower window 32 is raised, so that the lower side of the lower window 32 is opened. It can be assumed that an opening will also be formed. However, when I tried to open both windows 31 and 32 by bending them into a dogleg shape, the upper window 31
The upper end of the window 31 easily descends with the help of the weight of the window 31 itself. However, it is difficult to raise the lower end of the lower window 32 simultaneously with the lowering of the upper end of the upper window 31 because the weight of the upper window 31 is added to the lower window 32. It is also possible to lower the upper end of the upper window 31 and then raise the lower end of the lower window 32, but when the upper end of the upper window 31 is lowered, the upper and lower windows 31, 32 become dogleg-shaped. Even if the lower end of the lower window 32 is in the bent state and the lower end of the lower window 32 is attempted to rise from that state, there is a gap between the lower window 32 and the guide that supports the lower end of the lower window 32 in a vertically slidable manner. is already at an angle, so push (or pull) the connecting part of both windows 31 and 32 by hand to open the lower window 3.
It is impossible to raise the lower end of 2.

Means for solving the problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention connects the upper and lower windows in a dogleg shape within the window mounting frame of the building, and the upper end of the upper window Both lower ends of the windows on both sides and the lower side are engaged in vertical guide grooves formed in the left and right side frames of the window mounting frame so as to be movable up and down and rotatable around the horizontal axis, and the window When one end of the arm is pivoted to the side frame of the mounting frame, and the other end of the arm is pivoted to the side frame of the lower window in an appropriate position in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower windows are further bent into a dogleg shape and opened. Fix the lower edge of the lower window so that it does not move up and down,
As a result, the lower window is held at a constant opening angle, and so that the upper window is also held at a constant opening angle. It is provided with a means for locking at the position.

In the figure, 1 and 2 are an upper window and a lower window installed in the window mounting frame 3 of the building, and the upper window 1
The lower end frame 1a and the upper end frame 2a of the lower window 2 are connected so as to be bendable in a dogleg shape by a hinge 4 having a horizontal axis. Guide grooves 6 are formed in the vertical direction in the left and right side frames 5 of the window mounting frame 3, and rollers 7 and 8 are provided on both sides of the upper end of the upper window 1 and on both sides of the lower end of the lower window 2, respectively. It is fitted so that it can freely slide in the vertical direction. Blocks 9 are attached to the upper end surfaces of both sides of the window 1 in order to attach the rollers 7 on both sides of the upper end of the upper window 1. It can be fitted freely. A spring 11 that biases the shaft 10 in the direction of fitting with the roller 7 is built into each block 9 and is fitted onto the shaft 10. The biasing force of the spring 11 causes the shaft 10 to move toward the roller 7. , and the tip 10a of the shaft 10 touches the roller 7.

b is formed and this flange 10b is the block 9.
It is designed to come into contact with the end face of the Blocks 12 are attached to the lower end surfaces of both sides of the window 2 in order to attach the rollers 8 on both sides of the lower end of the lower window 2. It can be fitted freely. Inside each block 12 is a shaft 13 and a roller 8.
A spring 14 that biases the shaft 13 in the direction of mating is fitted onto the shaft 13 and built in, and the biasing force of the spring 14 moves the shaft 13 toward the roller 8, causing the tip 13a of the shaft 13 to move toward the roller 8. Insert into 8. Also, due to the biasing force of the spring 14, the shaft 13 passes through the roller 8, and the tip 13a fits into an arbitrary hole 16 of the lock plate 15 arranged parallel to the guide groove 6, so that the lower window 2 is formed. It is designed to receive the lower end of the window 2 when it is opened at an angle. 13b and 13
Reference numeral c denotes a flange formed on the other end side of the shaft 13 at an appropriate distance apart in the axial direction of the shaft 13, so that the shaft 13 can be operated with respect to the roller 8 and the hole 16 by holding the outer flange 13b. and axis 1
When the tip 13a of the block 3 is fitted into the arbitrary hole 16, the other flange 13c comes into contact with the end surface of the block 12. In addition, in order to prevent the tip 13a of the shaft 13 from protruding from the roller 8 due to the force applied by the spring 14 when the lower window 2 is opened or closed, the shaft 13 has a shaft larger than the other flange 13c. The hole 16 toward the center in the core direction

When inserting the tip 13a of the shaft 13 into the arbitrary hole 16, rotate the shaft 13 so that the pin 17 is positioned in the groove 12a formed from the end surface of the block 12, and in this state, use the biasing force of the spring 14 to The pin 17 may be inserted into the groove 12a. A plurality of holes 16 (three in the embodiment shown in the drawings) are formed in the lock plate 15 at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. A stopper 18 is fixed to be located in the guide groove 6 to receive the roller 7 when the upper window 1 is opened to the maximum extent, and a stopper 18 is fixed to be located in the guide groove 6 when the upper window 1 is opened to the maximum extent. If the tip 13a of the shaft 13 is in the hole 16,
The roller 7 is designed to rest on this stopper 18 when the roller 7 is inserted into the uppermost hole 16.
26 and 27 are glass parts of the windows 1 and 2. The lower end frame 1a of the upper window 1 and the upper end frame 2a of the lower window 2 are connected to the window 1 when the window is completely closed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the lower window 2 is connected and supported via an arm 19 interposed between the left and right side frames 5 of the window mounting frame 3 and the side frame 2b of the window 2. For details, the upper end of each arm 19 is attached to the mounting bracket 2.
0 to the side frame 5 of the window mounting frame 3,
Further, the lower end of each arm 19 is connected and pivoted to an appropriate position in the vertical direction of the side frame 2b of the window 2 via a mounting bracket 21. Therefore, due to the presence of this arm 19, when the hinge 4 connection portion of the upper and lower windows 1 and 2 is pushed open, the upper window 1 also opens as the lower window 2 opens.
That is, as the lower end of the lower window 2 rises, the upper end of the upper window 1 descends. This causes the upper and lower windows 1 and 2 to open simultaneously. In addition, when closing the upper and lower windows 1 and 2, they also close at the same time. Window 1 like this,
2, the tip 13a of the shaft 13 provided in the block 12 is in a state of coming out of the hole 16, and when the upper and lower windows 1 and 2 are opened to a desired angle, the pin 17 is the groove 12a
By rotating the shaft 13 so that it fits into the hole 16, the shaft 13 moves toward the desired hole 16, the tip 13a of the shaft 13 fits into the desired hole 16, and the lower end of the lower window 2 is fixed. At this time, the angle formed between the window 2 and the window mounting frame 5 is determined by the arm 19, so that the upper end of the window 1 does not move downward, and the windows 1 and 2 are kept open. When closing the windows 1 and 2, insert the tip 13a of the shaft 13 into any hole 16.
The pin 17 may be brought into contact with the end surface of the block 12 by removing it from the block and rotating the shaft 13.

Figure 2 shows the upper and lower windows 1 and 2 pushed open, and as can be seen from the figure, the upper window 1
Openings 22 and 23 serving as ventilation passages are formed below the upper and lower windows 2, and the upper and lower windows 1 and 2
Openings 24 and 25 serving as ventilation passages are formed on both sides. Furthermore, the sizes of the upper and lower openings 22 and 23 can be adjusted simultaneously by adjusting the height of the lower end of the lower window 2, and the upper and lower openings 2
The upper and lower windows 1 and 2 are changed by changing the size of windows 2 and 23.
The angle changes, and the sizes of the openings 24 and 25 on both sides also change. As a result, optimal ventilation can be achieved by changing the sizes of the openings 22 to 25 depending on the dirtiness of the air inside the room and the temperature. In particular, the presence of the upper and lower openings 22 and 23 can improve the ventilation effect.

Two upper and lower windows are connected so that they can be bent in a dogleg shape within a window mounting frame of a building, and both sides of the upper end of the upper window and both lower ends of the lower window are connected to the left and right side frames of the window mounting frame. The other end of the arm, one end of which is pivotally supported on the side frame of the window mounting frame, is engaged in a vertical guide groove formed in the vertical direction so as to be vertically movable and rotatable around a horizontal axis. The lower window is pivoted at the appropriate vertical position on the side frame of the window, and further fixed so that the lower end of the lower window does not move up and down when the upper and lower windows are bent into a dogleg shape and opened. Lock the bottom edge of the lower window at any position above or below the side frame of the window mounting frame so that the lower window is held at a constant opening angle and the upper window is also held at a constant opening angle. A folding window with a means to do so.
