内向きフランジ11内周縁から立上げた起立周壁12を介し
前記口頸部7の軸芯部に小径の連通筒13を垂下し、この
連通筒13に容器体1内に垂下する吸上げ管14を連通結合
し、かつ内向きフランジ11外周縁から支持用周壁15を立
設し、この支持用周壁15一側下部からノズル管16を側外
方に突出した頭部部材3と、前記起立周壁12に外嵌固定
した取付け筒17の上部内面の周方向とびとび数個所から
うず巻状に内方に延出したばね腕18により支持されて前
記連通筒13上端開口を閉封する弾性吸込み弁19を設け、
かつ取付け筒17上端周縁から外方の前記支持用周壁15上
部内面に届き、この上部との間のドーナツ状空間を閉封
してノズル管16を閉封するスカート状の弾性吐出弁20を
周設した弁部材4と、前記支持用周壁15に下部周壁を支
持固定されて弁部材4上方を覆う加圧室21形成用の弾性
ドーム5と、下つぼまりの筒状であって前記口頸部7と
